🤷‍♂️ didn’t even notice tbh.

Probably just another burst resistor for the layer i mean the ring has that weird square hole on it
Could you point out the same squares on 2B too? Im having trouble doing it.
I have a feeling that 2B will be slightly better for LAD than 1B, but also slightly worse than 2A. The bottom of it looks fairly smooth, although I'm not sure if the piece that can be free-spinning is low enough and wide enough to hit the ground.

Since the chassis itself doesn’t really extend below the driver it probably won’t make contact with the stadium floor.

This should be used to switch Chassis’s mode. If you look carefully at 2B Chassis, you may found knob on each side that have similar size with these squares. The three holes next to each knob indicates that they are not at the middle line but are to one side. So when the squares on the Ring and the knobs on the Chassis are on the same side, the knobs  would pop out, while the knobs would be pressed down if the squares and the knobs are on different side, activating the mode change gimmick of Chassis.

And ironically speaking it is WORLD so it is spherical with that said I do second your thought.

Well I think the actual reason why the ring is called world is because the world encompasses everything just like how balance types encompass multiple/all types, they have done this naming technique with other parts like Unite/fusion/merge. It would make sense since world is just a common noun which doesn’t refer to anything. The name has to have some proper meaning since world isn’t an adjective/verb/gimmick nor is it a derived/abstract noun like “death” or “infinite.” Its also not a Variant Lucifer case where “world” is meant to sound like something else.

EDIT: Darn! I was beaten to it

Man looking by the vid This bey just got nerfed for right spin idk for left tho probably Rage will kill it and 2D is just a double chassis+dagger+tW
Either way i am less hyped than before tbh

Good, I'm tired of Spriggan dominating. It's time for it to get the Slash Valkyrie treatment.

I might not be getting what you are saying but World Spriggans contact points and side view are the exact same in both Right and Left spin. Only difference is the colours and the design on top of the ring.

What im saying is that they verse it against a weak bey so it may turn out bad

Good thing Zankye has all the videos needed, even if they’re mod videos.

Seems like the holes needed to create a double gimmick chassis don’t apply to all beyblade rings except world.
The underside should need two perfectly placed holes in order to activate its defense mode. Without the holes, 2B will always remain in attack mode unless the two tabs are no longer pressed down, which required the world ring to activate. Therefore, like the Naked Base and Paradox disc, 2B is currently the only superking chassis to have an exclusive combination gimmick. At least that’s what I see in my opinion. Thanks Crazy Aries for initially pointing it out and Zankye for the video.

Well technically it’s not the only sparking bey to have an exclusive combination gimmick since Rage and 3A have something like that as well.

You may put it that way but the problem with 3A and Rage is it’s not a mechanical gimmick, it’s an alignment gimmick. The 3A chassis can be applied to any ring and it’s full potential is still realised in every ring you put it in. The 2B chassis has two modes and its potential (and special gimmick) is locked out unless you insert the world ring in its defense position.

Yeah by mechanics this is definitely unique.

They put it up against Mirage, which is not bad, but Curse Satan was meh. This thing is still gonna be mainly for defense/stamina purposes, if even good at all.
spriggy showcase background is literally the world
World works slightly differently than I thought (Burst stopper).
Looks good (That is kinda biased because i like requiem and legend).
I'm glad i pre ordered it (Granted for wayyyyyy to much).

Yep Crazy Aries was DEFINITELY the first on to point it out Smile
Jokes aside I think world might be really good defensively with its gimmick and it’s relativley round shape. However, I think world Spriggan’s competativeness will be dependent on 2B. Let’s say that 2B will have the most LAD with mobius or Bearing or Xtend+, then world will be best in combination with 2B, then Spriggan (or diabolos) will Be best with the ring since it’ll allow you to change direction between battles.

Well, the CoroCoro channel put Left Spin World Spriggan against Brave Valkyrie, and it tanked the hits pretty well. Also, Zwei Longinus was initially shown off against Slash Valkyrie and King Helios was shown off against Zwei Longinus and Master Diabolos, so I doubt that the Beys they're put up against matter all the time, unlike Judgement Joker vs Cho-Z Awakening Beys.
