Is orb egis a decent ko attacker? Other than that, this set is probably a must have.

Welp, its time for this discussion.
Those black parts directly interfere with the disc and bursting mechanism on the bey, and considering in the video that the black parts do move decently loose then it leads me to believe that at high speeds the blades pop out and since the black part interferes with the disk it causes it to block it from moving.

At first I thought it was to restrict a mode from being used a certain direction by blocking the launcher, but I think you might be onto something! This depends on if the mechanism is automatic or manual, if it's manually switched then launching would probably be an issue. Even then adding a prime driver makes the locking a bit of an overkill doesn't it?
Do you guys think Qs will have any kind of use besides being gimmicky and looking cool in the TV show?
Maybe a heavy spin stealer + Lift?
Do you think it would be any better if Egis had a Level Chip in?

In the layer it has springs. It acts like reboot. Where in when you have is at a high enough velocity the winds pop out and the discs path gets blocked

Turns out it looks like these black points connected to the outside contact parts are directly connected to the gimmicks of the Cho-Z Awakening system. If the disc enters a certain point, for example, Cho-Z Spriggan exits the first click of the layer, the black parts that have recently been exposed from the start of the battle may immediately leave the field of battle, transforming Spriggan into an outright attack type, with heavier contact points than before. The same may go for Cho-Z Valkyrie, which also has a gimmick connected entirely to the Burst damage system. If Cho-Z Valkyrie is on the verge of Bursting, the disc will tap the red parts hiding in the layer and release it, granting Valkyrie its most powerful line of attack. Or at least that’s what I think...
Wait, did I just copy you?
If so, in my opinion the springs are only there to cause the black parts to retract, not extend.
this might be just me, but I kinda wish Spriggan had the gold and red swapped. Hopefully there will be another release where this is the case.
Either way, this is a very interesting set, with some really inventive gimmicks and some fairly competitive parts. I dig it.

I think the Qs driver is supposed to stick to the stadium with that suction cup thing ,while the other part keeps on spinning because of its free spinning nature ,which might make it more harder to knock out?

I think we've all figured that out already.
Maybe you would need lots of iwd in order to stop it from wobbling so much. It looks good but im not sure how compatible it will be with other parts.

Those hold those Black Flames
I love the fact that Giest fafnir jerk quasar may end up being competitive.
QS will be so much fun omg, by the way anyone got the full combo of bL in this set?
(Oct. 14, 2018 5:08 PM)Jinbee Wrote: And how is the oE god ability going to work on such a tall height of Qs for the stock combo? It's ability requires a lower height to even theoretically work.
It seems as though the tilting would make the gimmick work better becaus the slanted surface the balls are mounted in would become vertical.
Just had a brainwave: so in the description for turn E (orb egis) they said it introduced a “never before seen material”. Maybe Qs is made of silicone? I always thought it would be cool to have a silicone driver.

Yeah I believe CrazyAries pointed that out too.
