As long as you remove the account that is not participating, you should be fine.

new?
Everyone,
Thank you for your interest. I am unable due to open slots due to the space. There is a way for you or your child can free play. A waiting list may be available, it is not a guaranteed slot. I will make an announcement for the next event and it's location this Saturday after the tournament.
two people are in the top 25 for burst while some barely even done tournaments

There are pros and newbies in every tournament, so what are we going to do with the top Bladers? Ban them from tournaments until everyone else has the same amount of tournament experience? Either way, the seeding process makes it easier for newer Bladers to advance and harder for more experienced Bladers, since everyone gets matched up with someone of a similar skill level. In fact, the best I've ever placed was in my first tournament. I got second place, only losing to Ardmore Bladers, who is currently the 7th best Blader in the WBO rankings, and even that matchup was down to the last point. Of course, I've had years of experience with Beyblades, so my first tournament probably wasn't as intimidating is it might be for less experienced Bladers. Plus, everyone you see in the top 25 started at the same BeyRank as you: 1000. If anything, that should motivate you into doing your best instead of just thinking that you're not going to beat any good Bladers.

Do not underestimate unranked bladers! I have seen many make it to the finals in their first tournament by reaching the top 8 during a tournament.
Unfair would be asking experienced bladers not to participate. If you're unhappy about them attending the tournament, no one is forcing you to participate.

Usually about 10 people that sign up to a tournament don't end up going (which is a problem) so you can ask Roh'bel to be on the waiting list and you can join the tournament if someone doesn't show up at the venue.
Hi, who is Roh’bel? I’m new and I would like to be placed on the waiting list.

Roh'bel is the organizer of this tournament. just stating that you want to be on the waiting list should be enough, although you can also just sign up at the venue if there are enough spots.

Risky. You'd have to get a mod to remove you from the tournament and then have your son's account register right after. During that time, anyone would be able to jump in and take the spot. What I would do is ask Roh'bel if if would be okay if you can remain registered holding a slot here, and then at the tournament, have your son's account ready and have him actually be registered at the event instead of you.

Ok cool thanks I’ll ask and see what happens.

Yeah I was going to but there was one spot so I just had to. Ok not a problem sounds good. Deceased also mentioned you might be able to use his username to register at the event. Either way I’m sure it’ll work out

(I'm guessing challonge/seeding). I know he is knowledgeable about how things are run but, this is my first time hosting, this will be an ordeal to say the least. Those who are in the event can not be changed by the organizer. Please, ask a mod. But remember, once the slot is opened, I can not hold it. And remember, I will host every Saturday in New Jersey.
Also, do not make new accounts to hold a spot for a friend or child. Telling me that you did so will (and then ask me to change it for the or at the day of the event) only make me ask a mod to remove you and anyone associated with that user.
