MF Hell Kerbecs BD145RF VS MF-H Basalt Kerbecs 230CS:
MF Hell Kerbecs BD145RF:4 (all KO's)
MF-H Basalt Kerbecs 230CS: 16 (4 KO's, 12 OS's)

Hell had quite a hard time and got destabilized quite easily. I don't think hell can cut it anymore.

I lol'ed when I saw ES on the list for tier 3 defence. was it meant for tier 3 stamina? because there is no defence in ES xD

OK so I now have a Hasbro CS and I still think RF is a better choice then it for attack , so IMHO it should be removed from the attack list entirely. I really think Hell and Meteo need to go (Although it wont bother me if the latter one stays.)

I don't want my opinion to be forced upon you guys just because I have a funny looking name.
If you don't feel meteo should stay, that's fine. Just because I think oppositely doesn't mean all hell breaks loose.

I don't no if that directed at me Dan but here is my honest opinion , but as long as XF is on the list I think meteo will stay , that's why I want a balance tier since XF is more of a balance bottom and Meteo is more of a balance Wheel. That being said I think we should do it one step at a time and I think that the first thing is that hell should go.

Naw it isn't balance. They're only uses are a sub-category of stamina: spin-stealing with the added spice of KO's here and there.

Is this XF or Meteo ? XF seems like balance to me , I mean MF Beat Lynx R145XF wouldn't do to well as it can't equalize and it doesn't have much grip to the stadium , so it will self KO a lot so I don't see that as attack. Meteo just seems like balance to me as it doesn't get that much KO'es and seems to win by equalizing most of the time.

Meteo is still good IMHO and I think its a reliable wheel for tourneys...

Not really. XF has use is Spin Steal/Equalizer Combos and Balance combos. As Rusty said, it Self-KOs a lot, and due to its good stamina(if it manages to stay inside), it is considered for Balance combos. The only reason why its actually considered for attack is due to its speed.

first off, i do not think you could call any type of attack "pure attack", as some of the attack types work similar. there is no "pure" only different type of working

second, tell that to MC Frown

if any attack wheel should be booted to tier 2 it should be hell. but if it is booted to tier 2 then ray, rock, and Quetzalcoatl should be booted to tier 3 (and all of tier three should be removed/tier four)

and if meteo is also put down to tier 2 then screw, pegasis, leone, and Sagittario should be booted to tier three (with the wheels i listed already)

Yes, I know. But as I have observed, most people use it for attack because they expect better speed. XF has less friction, but when I saw some videos, it moved quite fast and that might be the reason why people think its good for attack(not trying to prove you wrong. I am just talking from a common blader's point of view. I mean, people who don't read around and think- speed is attack, solo spin time is stamina, etc) . The problem is, they forget that XF has low friction, and thus it self KOs if not used properly. This is where people need to be taught the difference between friction and traction...

Since you mentioned it for the stamina section, you might as well for the defence section:

Hell (only when used with BD145)

The BD145 is extremely important, without it, you have naked Hell which really doesn't do well at all as we all know.
