BTW, as for the location, I thought it was better than regents park, mainly because of the turnout of people and because it was easier for most people to get to. Hopefully we'll see the next outdoor tourney there (possibly in the summer)

lol I just realised the expo event will be on my birthday weekend (22nd and 23rd)

I think April sounds ok, it'll be warmer for sure 8) and there's a good gap between now and then, so there is time for organising it, etc.

May the 23rd is Beyday (the day after my b-day ) but is usually used for the expo meet up, or at least that is when the next expo convention is.
At the last expo event, many people showed up asking what we did, etc. It is unlikely we will have a tourney on a day where there will be a lot of public curiosity, just free battles. Beside, it is split over two days, with us being there on both.
It would be very difficult to have a competitive tourney then.

as soon as i get near a pc ill upload the vids and fianl 3 pic lol been a bit hard wat with working and all lol also 4 ppl talking bout an expo meet, currently there is no garantee we will also may expo is on the 29th-30th may this year, best option i can think of is poss dooing a beyday tourny and giving may expo a miss, then in october wen metal fusion is out do a big tourney/showcase

I agree about the idea with the tourney BlacK PheoniX, i've been to all the expo tourneys and they have been pretty hectic everytime, with other people joining aswell. We could do a meet up there, but i don't think an official one would be a good idea at the expo.

Well, we have to do something for Beyday on the 23rd, but I still like the idea of the MCM Expo meet up.

Maybe we should hold a tourney on the 23rd in St James' park, then have an informal meet up on the 29th-30th at the expo. Also, if the prizes don't turn up by the tourney day, they can be given out at the Expo the week after.
