Can someone please explain why garuda g3, balkesh b3, Kerbeus k4, and hasbro's bearing are banned, but their takara tomy counterparts are not? I don't want this to sound rude i am just confused.

Wish I could attend but currently in the process of moving maybe next tournament
Hey 0_0, if you live near Toronto and plan to attend this event and participate, make sure you're registered on this event page by clicking the Join Tournament button.
You cannot attend if you are not registered there.
All four of those parts are more powerful than their Takara-Tomy counterparts, quite simply. Including them would have lowered diversity in the format because they are so powerful. For instance, Balkesh B3 on Bearing was still competitive during Beyblade Burst GT. That gives you an idea of how powerful they are.

Given the rainy weather, will this tournament start on time or be delayed?
Update: we are playing in the shelter on the side near the tennis courts (the one with the ramp). There was a class happening on the other side.
Isn’t it done?
