May 28th is a Monday. The 26th is probably what you were meaning; that would be a Saturday. Wink

Good luck with this. Smile Hopefully Illinois can make their first 2012 tourney successful.

Good to see somebody showing some initiative in the Chicago area, just make sure you go about this right. Get your 8 confirmed attendees and put a proposal. Don't post that this is an official tournament yet. Change your title to [Chicago, Illinois, USA] Future Tournaments or something...

I hosted a tournament last year with a positive outcome, and with so many people craving another tournament, i though that it would be the perfect time.
Dang it, it's too far for me. i was hoping to go to chicago or a thirty minute drive, but it's just too far. but i live in northern illinois though, aybe host it a little farther south?
Finally, another tourny, I'm itching to battle! Good thing it's on the day after my school ends.

Put me on the maybe list for now.

im only 10 minutes from chicago if there isnt much traffic, 15-20mins with traffic, i got downtown everyday for school.

26 is easier because some parents may be busy.
Also, if it was on the 28th it wouldn't be a BeyDays tournament.

Is that list just for confirmed people or maybes too? I'm not confirmed yet, just saying.

both.
It would probably be a lot more useful to do two lists, Fury, because you will need to give us a list of confirmed participants for your Event Proposal.

Also, normally single tournament topics are not supposed to be done before the event is approved, but for BeyDays, I will make an exception.

thanks, and what do you mean by two lists?
Confirmed - Maybe's.
I'll try to make, Fury.

No they aren't; no Zero-G products can be used for now.

Glad to see that the tourny is indoor this time. It might be more comfortable for the parents.
