I'm wondering hold certain characters are who haven't had their ages confirmed, and what their ages are by the time of Superking/Sparking. 
For example, Lui, Free, Silas, etc.

I don’t think we have a way of knowing how old they are. I’d estimate Free was 13/14, Lui was 12/13, Silas was 14/15.

Since we don’t have any confirmed way of knowing, I can’t confirm my answer.

Lui should be around Shu’s age so he’s 15. And Silas is 17 he’s always been 2 years older than Valt. 
And no one knows Free’s age

Shouldn’t valt be 16. 11 in S1, 12 in S2, 3 year gap. Which equals to 15 in Cho Z, and and Gt and Sparking shouldn’t be a year gap in the anime I don’t think. Which should be 16.

In season 2 Valt is still 11 and there was only a 2 year time gap which makes him 13 in Cho Z 14 in GT and 15 in Sparking

Drum is confirmed 11 in Sparking/Super King, Aiga is 13 (being 11 in Cho-Z and 12 in Rise), and rantaro is confirmed to be 15 in Super King/Sparking as well

Actually I’m pretty sure Sisco’s age is currently unknown. It may have been mentioned in the manga but it has never been mentioned in the anime or his bio.
