All of us were blading in the lobby, and the old people got butthurt about it, so they complained. The staff moved us into a ballroom for free, and I held a tournament. I subsequently won this tournament, but East Coast Champion Steven was playing, and West Coast Champion Shawn was there, too.
When Steven fought, he was using some combination with a Wide Defense, a Metal Sting Base, and a Driger S AR (forget what it's called). During a battle, a shy girl named Paris was watching us play. I remember thinking she was pretty. She was around my age at the time.
Steven's blade was knocked from the stadium. It flew six or seven feet and smashed Paris right underneath the eye with a loud "ding" noise, as I recall. It had hit her right in that bone under her eye, and you could literally watch a bruised bump instantly rise. She was escorted out to her parents by some other Bladers. DtD was there for this.
Also, Steven's same Beyblade was knocked from the stadium again. This time, it struck him in the testicles with such force that he had to forfeit the tournament.
It was the most bizarre thing I had seen. I've never seen Beyblades do this to people, aside from that one strange event. I'm getting a flood of memories right now, too.
It hit her near the eye?
...
I swear, all of the eye-related Beyblade injuries aren't coincidence.
Maybe Bit-Beasts are real, except that they're really all Cobras, rather than random animals.
Yeah, that's it.

One thing I noticed about Upper Attack SP is that it can act as a lever that breaks the base clips and slams the upper half of the beyblade some 30cm into the air.
That explains it! I noticed that Beyblading with my Driger V2 seemed almost, I dunno, dangerous. That thing flew all over the place when it battled.
Of course, I thought it was my fault, since I was practicing the Sliding Shot with it.
