Hoooo boy I'm hyped!!! I was really scared I'd have to wait another year before Burst was released in North America. Hopefully this means I'll be able to stock up on some Burst beys over summer.
Hasbro Beyblade Burst - Upcoming Release & Rumor Thread
My biggest question is this: what will the stadiums look like?

I would guess they'd look similar, if not the same as, the takara tomy ones.
Which is what absolutely none of Beyblade's Hasbro history shows us. In fact, it has demonstrated exactly the contrary, so there is reason for concern ...
I would like so much a stadium with stadium out because I play beyblade since MFB and in tournament I could'nt use attack beyblade( which are my favorite ), because the hasbro stadium was without opening
for security they most used similar stadium. may be a one piece stadium but it could be a lot too big haha or they may make something like Shogun Steel stadium
Sorry to using "Non dual layer". I just wanted to make no confusion on using only layer as name.

Probably worth noting; it's been Takara-Tomy's intention to synchronise its Japanese and global releases for years. Exactly what that means in practice has always been undefined - because the little paperwork cogs in each country are still largely independent of TT and set their own schedules. In fact, litterally half the reason TT has made such huge losses in the past few years is because of the money they've spent acquiring those overseas subsidiaries to help streamline synchronised global releases. Still, the first notable synchronised release (the most recent Pokemon) was their biggest success in ages - so it figures they'd want to keep doing that.
TT will obviously never own Hasbro though. So I guess that makes it tricky for them. The above information is freely available in their corporate reports, which are online.

Yes it's really happy to see Beyblade burst is coming to North America I wonder if they release Amaterios Aero Assualt
Wow, this is certainly a surprise! With this series having a tighter launch window and great sales, maybe we're finally getting closer to Beyblade becoming an evergreen franchise?
This quote bothers me. It's obviously talking about the BeyLogger, but why only for certain markets? It's supposed to be a worldwide system. I think the BeyLogger will be mostly useless outside of Japan, but this is still upsetting that it will be limited to certain territories.
Quote:Hasbro’s toys will also include a digital component for certain markets.

I don't think it should be taken as any surprise that Hasbro will have a different strategy for different markets. e.g. certain markets may not be able to bear the retail cost of a device like the BeyLogger.
Well one year till I'm called the "Legendary Blader" in my neighborhood again. Can't wait
Well if burst is coming here I might not be able to help myself, and get back into beyblades again. Even though I sold all 108 of them more than a year ago, and told myself I never would again. I mean, I still stalk this site every day without logging in just to check updates on burst for no reason
Saw this a while back, but I just want to say that I'm so psyched to hear about the North America launch! Once the toyline hits off here, I hope to start hosting in Richmond and getting my university's game club involved. I've tried bringing Burst to our meetings and they were fairly well-received, but no one wants to purchase them on their own at this point. Fingers crossed that the easier accessibility will encourage a few people to start collecting again. May even see if the local board game store would consider selling them.
On another note, I had a phone call with HR at Hasbro earlier today (early networking as I intend to intern at the company in two more years) and being able to drop this tidbit of information definitely didn't hurt

Would burst products be sold in Australia? Its impossible to get any series of blades unless you ready to fork out $40+ on ebay.
I have thinking about the stadium by hasbro and I noticed that the last stadium releases are similar(zero-G stadium) but have some flaw... so probably it would look like TT, I hope so, but with some weird stadium floor... still Hasbro likes to make something "extra-ordinary" or different to amuse kids. hah
I feel like the Hasbro stadium won't be too far off, considering this one already has a large wall/cover on it. Maybe added penalty pockets, but I'm hopeful at least one of the releases will be close to the tournament legal design, haha.
I'm hoping that the BeyWarriors Octagon Stadium is a positive sign, rather than just a fluke.
Hm, this is still a shaky stance for me.
From hasbro, they usually change many things, like:
-Stadium design (designs like curves, bumps and holes, penalty pockets)
-Naming/Design of Beyblades
-Spinoffs...and spinoffs...
However considering hasbro's decision to keep the name and TT's current stadium design may influence them to essentially just port stuff over with translations, like Japanese-English video game translations. If Hasbro essentially left this series alone while porting it and focused on the same demographic as TT's, I'd be happy. But my wallet wouldn't haha...

Im excited for this!
1. Products will obviously be more accessible. In other words, YAY no more waiting for 2-4weeks on shipping!
2. Due to availability in more international markets, hopefully this will bring down some of the prices online.

Well, with the original Valkyrie teeth wear problem, they have to at least improve the Beyblades. Importing the other products would be fine, but they need to improve the Beyblades themselves.

Well, they may not release the pre-Dual Layer Bey (like how they skipped Metal System with MFB initially). But I wouldn't object to an improved Valkyrie and they likely would improve it if they did release it.
Yeah I am thinking that they will probably start with the dual layers. Maybe releasing the older ones later (or maybe not too). The only thing I am wondering about that though is, if they do start with dual layers, like they most likely will, we wont have Xtreme. I am thinking maybe they would release Xcaliber anyway, since it's basically a dual layer bey, or maybe get rid of Variable and just put Xtreme on Victory Valk
So hype about being able to buy them in stores!! And, the best part, mega hyped ahout it becoming more popular here and getting tourneys going in my area! Gonna be so awesome!

Given the soft launch comes way before the anime, I would not be surprised if we do get the pre-gens.
