So the gimmick of the new season is...customizable tips? That's unexpeceted, and actually kinda cool. That is, untlil you realize that basically means goodbye driver gimmicks. So is it really worth it?

Also new baldur is pretty nice.

The drivers are, well, interesting. I'm talking about high and low. Look at the noctemis layer, when Zankye was confused why it's twisted. And look at the bottom of the layer. The armor part goes on the bottom, the core gets twisted to lock it in place. You just have to look at it, then you should see what I'm talking about.

The easiest way Hasbro can redeem themselves is by allowing compatibility with Takara TOMY parts.  Again, it wouldn't be hard.  All they have to do is slightly lower those little walls just above the slopes.

There's a name for that: Pro Series.

But really, they've gone way too far with their sloped system to go back now. It'd make the rest of the mainline difficult to use with past releases, which is a no-go scenario.

Read what I said, again.  They wouldn't have to remove the slopes.  They would just need to lower the walls just above them enough for the lips of the Takara TOMY/Pro Series drivers can grab onto.

TT drivers and Pro Series tips CAN go on normal Hasbro layers normally, the problem is that it destroys the slopes due to the plastic used in the layers
im not trying to stir anything up, but for people who dont like hasbro due to their differences to takara tomy, read the spoiler (im not trying to change your way of seeing things, just trying to loosen you up a bit to hasbro)

Our issue isn’t necessarily in those kind of differences in Hasbro.

So then what’s the issue?

Since Turbo, Hasbro went cheap. First it started with removing metal from the layers, and it only went downhill from there. Hypersphere may have had an interesting gimmick, but the beys that came with the series were terrible quality. The drivers and layers both felt super cheap, and many burst very easily. Surge took a step forward being similar to turbo, but then it plummeted toward the end of the series as well. Quad drive has yet to be decided upon whether or not it’s super cheap and too gimmicky, so I won’t speak about it for now. The point is, it feels like Hasbro is taking advantage of the fact that people will buy their products even if they make them cheaper. This may not be the case, but the point still stands that it seems like Hasbro has cheapened out when it comes to their products ever since Turbo, and Pro series has been the only thing that feels like they are actually trying at.

And that's because the walls above the slopes are too high.  If you lower them, they won't wear down any more than the regular drivers.

I can understand why they took away the metal (For safety reasons) but at this point, it just feels like they're being lazy, the beys burst so much that it's not even fun anymore, the layers are cheap and break easily so it's not that we don't like Hasbro's coloring or taking away gimmicks, it's just that they're kinda being lazy especially with Pro Series, they knew the teeth wearing was a problem but they didn't do anything until Wave 3 which is annoying.

Since the first wave of Burst; and, arguably, since the later half of the Metal Fight era.
Not sure if anyone has seen or said anything about this, but apparently Hasbro is releasing a double pack of Lord Hydrax (WBBA Exclusive colors) and Spiral Treptune.

That blue Bey is Lord Hydrax H5, not Lord Achilles! This 2-Pack was already revealed in February, togeteher with Vex Lucius L6 and Curse Devolos D6. So it's nothing new, but it isn't released yet tho. But I think that there are some websites who sell that 2-Pack, so look for it when you are interested.

Just noticed that it's Hydrax and not Achilles a couple minutes ago, I edited my post accordingly.
It seems that you're right! My bad, I didn't recall seeing images of the product or videos covering it but I see why. Odd that it hasn't been released yet.

There are tons of products which Hasbro didn't release yet:  the  two Singles of Wave 3 (SP) Hollow Doomcizor D6, Kolossal Luinor L6, the Zone Balkesh & Wraith Driger F 2-Pack, the original Slingshock Driger F, Wolborg, Soul Luinor L5 and many other things! It's just really BRUH for me seeing things like this and being a Hasbro fan. That's very dissapointing!

Read what I said, again.  They wouldn't have to remove the slopes.  They would just need to lower the walls just above them enough for the lips of the Takara TOMY/Pro Series drivers can grab onto.

Read my second paragraph again. They've gone too far to change it now, and doing so would make previous drivers loose.

Just wanted to to ask: Who of you all is waiting on more information for Hasbro's QD-Series? I'm mainly waiting on pictures, you?

Yeah. I’m waiting for an more in-depth explanation for the new system and the tip functions. I mean, look at Assault-Q in the app. I mean, the system has to be simple. Besides, once we know about the system, then we can try making predictions about the Belfrye gears.

Either you're dealing with very serious wear issues or you're mostly going on about how the newest stuff has rather poor slopes, upon which case you're still missing the point of what I'm saying. Sticking Hasbro drivers on TT beys results in an incredibly loose fit, so loose that you can barely ever hear a tooth click from them. Most Hasbeys on proper Hasbro drivers aren't anywhere near that loose, and those that are are sort of just badly designed to be that way (here's looking at you Sphinx).

No, if you made the Hasbro mainline use TT/Pro series drivers like you're suggesting, then you get the same incompatibility gap that already exists between TT/Pro layers and mainline Hasbro. Even if they still have a sloped surface instead of teeth, they would have nearly no tightness with older non-Pro driver releases and make it so that any new driver releases would be damagingly tight on older mainline layers. There is utterly no reason for them to divide the mainline like this. Mainline isn't Pro, it shouldn't be made compatible with TT/Pro drivers as that ruins the rest of the mainline's customizability.
Is the new string launcher left and right?

"Allowing more customization options ruins customizability."

You could just redesign the slopes in a manner that accommodates both drivers, but that would require Hasbro to actually think.
