Archer Gryph(Griffin)C145S
Dark Knight Dragooon(Ronin Dragoon) SA165WSF
Overall
This set comes with some useful parts, some of which have found use in many customizations. Gryph is an acceptable chrome wheel because of it's design, finding use in balance and attack type customizations. Because Archer is so light, it is absolutely useless like all of the other crystal wheels released. C145 as of now is a useless track, and S is a horrible tip. Dragoon is an excellent chrome wheel, and has found many different sorts of customizations, though is most commonly used in spin stealer/equalizer customizations, and still is excellent, even though there is a mold difference. Dark Knight, just like Archer and all of the other crystal wheels, is useless. SA165, just like Dragooon, has found use in many different sorts of customization, such as spin stealer/equalizer combinations, and WSF can also be used, though only in certain cases. Since most of the parts in this set are useful, this set is a worthwhile purchase.

Quote:Face Bolt: Griffin
The face shows the eagle head of a Griffin with the original sticker, on a translucent yellow X shaped Face.
Chrome Wheel: Gryph
Gryph consists of eight distinct sections, similar in shape to those of the Leone Metal Wheel. Four of Gryph's protrusions have spikes curved in a right-spin direction, and the other half of the sections mostly consists of straight boulders, like on Bakushin. One of the latter sections is however in the shape of an eagle head viewed from a profile perspective, with the orb from the Crystal Wheel showing on the left border of the head. Opposite of the eagle head, Gryph has one main contact point that helps to provide Force Smash, when used as a Synchrom Bottom Wheel; Upper Smash, as a Synchrom Top Wheel.
When used as the top Chrome Wheel in a Synchrom
When used as a top Chrome Wheel, Gryph's compact shape makes it barely extend beyond other Chrome Wheels' circumferences. This means it can't make solid contact in most cases.
However, Gryph performs excellently on one Chrome Wheel: Pegasis. Because of the direction of Pegasis' smaller wings, Pegasis has more Smash on the bottom of a right-spin Synchrom customization. Gryph can fully expose those contact points, as well as help to increase the spin velocity of the combo.
Gryph can be used in the Attack combination MSF-H Pegasis Gryph W145R²F. If Pegasis isn't available, Ifraid can be used.
When used as the bottom Chrome Wheel in a Synchrom
Gryph, similar to its situation when at the top of a Synchrom, does not go past many Chrome Wheels on the bottom of a Synchrom. However, its smaller diameter helps in two ways: an increase in spin velocity due to the concentration of the weight, and revealing the contact points of the other Chrome Wheel. Gryph can enhance the top Chrome Wheel by giving it a higher RPM, which will allow more contact points to hit. Gryph also has a good amount of Force smash, which can help when facing lower opponents. Despite this, it is still outclassed by Chrome Wheels in Synchrom with themselves, such as the Wyvang Wyvang Synchrom. If two Wyvangs are not at a Blader's disposition, however, it can be used as a substitute in combos such as MSF-H Gryph Wyvang GB145R²F.
When used in Synchrom with another Gryph
Gryph can fully expose its main contact points when combined in Synchrom with itself, which creates a powerful Smash Attack customization. It also has a lot of Force Smash, due to its large Force Smash slopes. Despite this, Chrome Wheels such as Wyvang and Begirados outperform Gryph for Smash Attack.
The Gryph Gryph Synchrom does find use in Balance customs though. Thanks to Gryph's Force Smash, it can KO Stamina Types when used on a high-Track Balance combo. When paired with the E230 Track, it can also outspin most Defense Types that have tall Tracks because of the grinding from E230's disk. Thus, combining it with E230 helps defend against attackers and grind down the stamina of Defense Types. On top of that, with the Bottom BSF, which has nice stamina while still having the tendency to roam around the stadium, Gryph Gryph has excellent use in the custom MSF-H Gryph Gryph E230 BSF.
Crystal Wheel: Archer
Archer has large curves from a bow protruding around one half of its circumference, with some fancy string details engraved in the rest of the design, notably where the crystal is located. Like any other Crystal Wheel, Archer is however too light to be effective versus all Synchrom customizations as well as most 4D combinations.
Track: C145
C145 has three wings which extend outwards, each separately joined onto the underside of the Track. These are free-moving, and hence when the Beyblade is launched, these point outwards due to spin velocity. Their free-moving nature makes them decently effective for defensive purposes, as they are able to withstand low hits to the Track without significant spin loss, effectively absorbing the shock by rotating inwards. Furthermore, the Track is heavier than non-gimmicked Tracks such as 145, providing extra weight essential for Defense. As such, the Track used to be an essential part for current Defense customizations in old metagames, however the release of many wider, heavier and taller Tracks has rendered C145 useless now. Even in Zero-G Stadiums, when the Beyblade wobbles, the claws might have impact with the floor, causing loss of balance, severe loss of stamina or resulting in the Beyblade completely ceasing to spin.
Bottom: S
Sharp was released as Spike in the Hasbro release. The Sharp Bottom offers very little movement and as such provides no Attack potential. The pointed tip allows for very little friction between the Bottom and the stadium surface, which helps prevent the loss of spin velocity. However, due to the fine nature of the tip, the Bottom is easily knocked off balance, and hence is outclassed by superior alternatives such as D or SD.

Quote:Face Bolt: Dragoon
The mark on this sticker illustrates the profile view of a Dragon, drawn in a European fashion, on a black X shaped Face.
Chrome Wheel: Dragooon
Dragooon is currently the only Chrome Wheel capable of left rotation. It can be placed with Chrome Wheels that spin in the opposite direction, but the combo it is in can only spin left if Dragooon is placed on top of the other Chrome Wheel.
With three heads, Dragooon strongly resembles most L-Drago Wheels, especially since it's a left-spin Chrome Wheel. Two heads circle almost half of its circumference in a lateral way, while one head is actually flat on top, offering relief slopes upwards only by its lower jaw and teeth. Two webbed wings also cover the rest of the design, with claws encircling the hole where the orb from the Crystal Wheel gets inserted. The sides of the Dragooon Chrome Wheel are therefore composed of the top of one dragon head, the sides of two other heads, the curved structures of the wings' fingers, and the straight ends of the membrane between them. In general, Dragooon consequently has four sections of similar size and shape.
When used as the top Chrome Wheel of a Synchrom
When placed on top of almost any other Chrome Wheel, Dragooon can deliver strong attacks, but its protrusions are small compared to other Chrome Wheels and thus it is outclassed in Attack power. However, this Chrome Wheel's capability for left rotation gives it an advantage over other, more powerful right-spin Chrome Wheels because it will not be heavily affected by Zero-G Attacks. Its slight slopes can be used to attack opposing Beys and knock them away when used with low tracks, but this has not proven to be a reliable characteristic. Because of its high weight, it can handle Recoil very well when in Synchrom with rounder, smoother or heavier Chrome Wheels, giving it use in [[Defense]] customs. Dragooon has terrible balance, making it bad for [[Survival | Stamina]], but its ability to steal spin up to an equal share gives it use in many useful Spin-Equalizing Stamina combos. Overall, Dragooon has use in Attack, Defense and Stamina customizations and is a part of several top-tier customs for MFB and Zero-G, like MSF-H Reviser Dragooon B. This Chrome Wheel also has the ability to resist Zero-G Attacks from most right-spinning Beys because of its left rotation, giving it a large advantage over those Attackers since it remains unmoved by their attempts to sway the stadium in the opposite direction. Thus, Dragooon is among the most useful top Chrome Wheels in Zero-G.
When used as the bottom Chrome Wheel of a Synchrom
When on the bottom of a right-spin Beyblade in a Synchrom, Dragooon provides weight and small amounts of Smash Attack, but is an unreliable Smash Attack Chrome Wheel because its mediocre contact points are usually blocked by other Chrome Wheels. Also, its numerous but small protrusions are not usually enough to defeat a Defense combo that is heavy or has low Recoil anyway. Because of its lack of balance, other, more balanced Chrome Wheels, such as Killerken, are generally used instead of it. However, when on the bottom of a right-spin Synchrom, Dragooon's slopes face downward and can force opponents downward, destabilizing them, but this is not a reliable trait and causes Dragooon to lose Stamina in the process. Thus, Dragooon should not be chosen as a lower Chrome Wheel unless there are not any better options like Killerken, Genbull, Gryph, or Revizer.
When in Synchrom with another Dragooon
When Dragooon is doubled to make Synchrom, it becomes much heavier, allowing it to handle recoil better. Since it has a similar shape on both sides, its contact points are exposed well and it retains its Smash Attack ability. That being said, it also exposes much more aggressive contact points that are present on the back of dragon heads. This allows for stronger Smash Attacks, but much higher recoil as well. While this can sometimes be effective, the recoil often proves too much for Dragooon to handle. Thus, there are better Chrome Wheels to be used with Dragooon, such as Killerken, Gargole, Revizer, and Wyvang, but Dragooon can still be used in Synchrom with another Dragooon to make a heavy, balanced combo.
Use in Zero-G Customizations
Use in Balance Customization
Dragooon is useful in the Zero-G Balance custom Dragooon/Phoenic/Ifraid/Gargole Dragooon LW160/SP230/E230/SA165CF/GCF/GF. Dragooon's compensated(ing) balance when in Synchrom paired with the left-spinning Stamina that LW160 provides allow this combo to outspin opponents it cannot KO by Zero-G Attack, the Attack Bottoms also helping due to their lack of rubber.
Use in Zero-G Defense Customization
Because of its considerable weight and capability for left rotation, Dragooon can be effectively used to defeat right-spinning Beyblades in the powerful Zero-G Defense custom MSF/MSF-H Gargole/Killerken/Revizer Dragooon B. B's strong resistance to Zero-G Attacks combined with the weight and spin equalization that Dragooon provides makes it a very difficult combo to defeat, staying in place despite the swaying movement attempted by the Zero-G attack customizations.
Use in Stamina/Spin-Equalizer Customization
Dragooon's heavy weight and its ability to spin left also makes it useful in the customizations MSF/MSF-H Dragooon/Gargole/Killerken/Revizer Dragooon SA165EWD, which utilizes Dragooon's Spin Stealing abilities with SA165's high [[Life After Death]] abilities and EWD's high amounts of Precession.
Customizations for the BeyStadium Attack Type
Use in Attack/Spin-Equalizer Customization
Dragooon is an essential part of the useful customization Wyvang Dragooon SA165(Zero-G Attack Mode)R²F/LRF/RF. This combo is able to outspin many Stamina and Defense due to Dragooon's ability to spin-equalize and R²F's ability to Tornado Stall and can also knock out Beyblades with Defense Tracks like E230 and BD145 due to Wyvang's excellent Smash Attack capability.
Use in Balance Customization
Dragooon is a part of the top-tier Balance custom MSF/MSF-H Wyvang Dragooon BD145RDF. It has strong Defense because of its weight, can outspin other Beyblades through Spin Equalization and can KO combos because of its Smash Attack if launched aggressively.
Use in Stamina/Spin Equalizer Customization
MSF/MSF-H Gargole/Killerken/Revizer Dragooon SA165EWD/W2D is also very useful in the BeyStadium Attack Type because it utilizes Dragooon's Spin Stealing abilities with SA165's high [[Life After Death]] abilities and EWD's high amounts of Precession.
Crystal Wheel: Dark Knight(Ronin)
Dark Knight is composed mostly of sharp studs on one half of the Crystal Wheel, with the other half depicting a aggressively curved blade. A slight, smooth slope is created by this blade in Dark Knight's design. Dark Knight is clear white in color. Like Dragooon, Dark Knight can be fit on any other Chrome Wheel, even right-spinning ones. It must be placed in Crystal Up Mode, however, to make the customization it is a part of spin left.
When paired with Dragooon and other Chrome Wheels, Dark Knight can provide some Smash Attack, but like all other Crystal Wheels it is rendered useless because of its light weight, compared to Synchromes.
Track: SA165
Reminescent of Armor 145, SA165 also has a wide, parabolic shape around its core which is completely hollow except for the rigid sides forming the parabole. This latter piece can be removed, flipped, and inserted back on the core of the Track to build another mode which is more likely to touch the stadium floor, especially in Zero-G Stadiums. The parabolic part is not perfectly smooth however, as it has linear ridges going towards the core, and its outermost circumference is full of small spikes like on [[Thief Phoenic E230GCF|E230]] and [[Thief Phoenic E230GCF|GCF]]. Its diameter is considerable though.
In the BB-10, SA165 has poor stamina in the same spin direction of taller opponents, but it performs excellently for spin stealing, due to it’s round, wide shape that allows for optimum Life After Death.
SA165 has also found use in attack customs. It’s heavy weight, combined with it’s height, allow it to perform excellently for attack.
Use in Spin Stealing customization
An excellent combo for the BB-10 with EWD is MSF-H Revizer Dragooon SA165 EWD. The mass of the Synchrom means it can transfer the spin stolen more effectively than previous spin stealers using Metal Wheels such as Meteo, and the LAD of SA165 combined with EWD's ability to wobble on it's axis for a long time at the end of a battle make this a very powerful custom.
Use in Balance customization[/u]
Another excellent combo with SA165 is Revizer Dragooon SA165 RDF. This combo has more defense than the previous combo, and SA165’s LAD, along with RDF’s ability to wobble on the outer disk at the end of a battle make this a very good Balance type that should not be dismissed.
Note: For more defensive ability with this custom, a newer RDF should be used. For more survival, a more worn RDF should be used.
Use in Attack customization
One of the best SA165-based Attack types is Wyvang Dragooon SA165 R2F. SA165(Zero-G Attack Mode) allows Wyvang to fully access it’s contact points as well as force smash lower opponents, and the taller height of SA165 means the combo can easily destabilize higher opponents out of the stadium.
Use in Attack Customization
Another great Attack type with SA165 is MSF-H Bahamdia Ifraid SA165 R2F. SA165(Normal Mode) provides much needed weight for Bahamdia, as well as an excellent height and Life After Death that can come in handy.
In the Zero-G stadium, SA165 does great as well. It’s Zero-G Attack Mode helps to sway, and it’s Life After Death has been shown to be very useful at countering Spin Stealers, which are dominant in the Zero-G stadium.
Use in Sway Attack customization
A top tier Sway Attacker with SA165 is MSF-H Wyvang Wyvang SA165 GCF. The weight of the Metal Stone Face and Wyvang Wyvang, combined with SA165 and GCF’s ability to stay in the Zero-G Stadium, make this one of the best Sway Attackers.
Use in Stamina customization
A great Stamina type with SA165 in Zero-G is Duo Cygnus SA165 BWD. Duo and BWD provide excellent Stamina to outspin right spin opponents, and SA165’s LAD, with BWD’s extreme ability to wobble on it’s axis, allow this combo to outspin left spin combos, creating a very good Stamina type.
Bottom: WSF
WSF is simply a Semi Flat Bottom with a slightly wider flat section, and with a wider base. In other terms, it forms a bigger cut cone than SF was. Two sets of spiky shapes are also on either side of the main tip part, possibly to create a relation with Archer Gargole, the Beyblade this Bottom was introduced with.
In the Zero-G stadium, WSF is nothing more than an outclassed Sway Attack bottom. In the BB-10, however, it produces a very nice attack pattern and has decent survival. However, the shape of the tip makes it very hard to control, since it almost always skips the Tornado Ridge.
Use in Attack Customization
If the superior KO and OS bottom MF isn’t available, WSF can be used in Attack customs, such as Balro Balro SA165(Zero-G Attack Mode)WSF.

This set comes with some useful parts, some of which have found use in many customizations.
