Dude, you shouldn't be starting on advanced tuts, I know that, I've done some from all categories. If you do things that are too hard for you, you won't improve.

Stop everything : the first step is to change this mentality in creations. You cannot seriously just ask for a random render. Put thought in your creations, otherwise they will be shallow, it will show.

Well, first of all, it needs moar colors!! Second, it is spammed with brushes.
Render is of low quality; text needs work.

A quick signature made with CS5 and which took 3 minutes.CnC as usual,please.And does anyone knows how to make a gif signature that can display all your sigs(Like on 1 second,I have my Brad sig,on the other second,I have my Meteo sig,then,my Scythe sig)

Brushes are spammed again and radial blur is a bit to much. I shall remain the king...er...queen of radial blurring! Wahahahaha! Anyways, work in what I said.

In photoshop:
  1. Open up all your sigs (As PNG files)
  2. In each animation frame, make one sig visible
  3. Set the time to 1 second
  4. File>Save for Web and Devices> Save as a GIF

Dude, that is a good start! Your getting better!
But, I think you should have a border though. The text placement isn't too bad, but I don't think you should worry about. You should focus more on depth,lighting, and flow.
Glass' tutorials are the best:
Lessons with Glass - depth, flow, lighting
(BTW, I warned you before you read it)
