Chapter 13

Forrest didn’t know what to think, he now had Cho-z bey. But he didn’t have the one bey that truly belonged to him. ‘I should have know that he was going to pull a typical trick like that,’ he thought, as he slammed his fist against the wall.
“Arrghhhhhhhhhhh!” He shouted and felt the power of his voice echo throughout the hallway.
He stared deep into the clouds, as if he was looking for a sign in it. Surely, he thought that this was a dream. He even pinched himself a couple of times. The hot sun beamed down on his shadowed neck. ‘But what was that power? Those dark red flames aren’t normal.’ Forrest pondered, but he could still feel the burn, even after all this time. Time that felt like an eternity. Then he heard some footsteps, but didn’t bother to turn around.
“Forrest, where were you?” Roan said, Forrest could already detect his voice.
“Yeah man? What’s wrong?” Minos said sharply.
“Something’s not right,” Akuma whispered. “I think we should just give him some space for now.”
“Why don’t we just get something to eat, I’m hungry,” Mino suggested.
“Yeah sure,” Forrest answered.
Then, he dug deep into his pocket. He felt a beyblade juggling up and down. ‘Eclipse, looks like we’re back together’ he said in his head.
‘“It seems like we are, Forrest. I look forward to winning more battles with you” The giant knight seemed to say.”
Both of the figures stared at each other for a moment, then shared a determined look.
“Let’s succeed,” Forrest said. “Let’s win together.”






“Another bey added to the collection,” Count Night said as he gently tossed it up and down.
The thief then put the bey into one of the inside pockets of his jacket. Suddenly, there was some rustling in the trees. All three of them turned around, but couldn’t find anything. ‘That was a close call,’ The masked person said. Their breath pushing against the mask, almost fogging up.
Then, the masked person jumped to another tree, carefully tracking Count Night and the Amatarios Bladers. There was another rustling sound. This time, the group of three decided to check the proximity.
“You hear that?” The Shadow Amatarios Blader asked.
“Shall we check it out?” Count Night asked, taking a step towards the trees.
Carefully, he poked his staff around. The tip of it barely grazing the mask.
“Oh?” Count Night whispered.
A glint of sunshine glanced off of the mask as the unknown person ran away. The noise of the rustling stayed in the air for a bit.
“A mysterious man meets someone more mysterious than them. How interesting things can be. Hm?” Count Night said. “All right boys, let’s head home.”
“I can’t let myself slip like that,” The masked person whispered to himself.
He quickly took a sniff of the air, and moved toward the direction of Count Night.
When they got to their base, Count Night took a detailed scan around him. The sky was now dark, but by now, the thief could see quite well in the night.
“Looks like nothing around,” He said, as he took one last glance and entered the secret facility.
“Those beys you have, Count Night. Are soon going to be mine,” He said as he started a camping site.
