Chapter 15
Note: Forrests' launcher consists of the blue LR launcher and a black grip. (no beylogger).
BOOM!
Forrest quickly turned around and saw that flames immediately bursted from the trees. 'How? There shouldn't be a fire starting anywhere near here. It' s quite cold in fact, at this time of the year.' he thought, as he ran closer to get a better look. Forrest gasped as he could see the figure of a human inside the flames. 'Who is it? I have to help them, it seems like they are right in the middle of it.'
As Forrest drew closer and closer to the blazing flames, he could see that there was a beystadium and the fire seemed to be coming from the stadium.
"HEY!" Forrest yelled at the person, while covering is face with his arms. "Give me your hand!"
The man simply laughed and positioned his mask. When the fire cleared a little in their area, Forrest could barely make out the shape of a bey spinning. The pieces in Forrests' head clicked together, 'The flames are coming from the bey itself.' Forrest whipped out Eclipse from his pocket and realized that Eclipse was stuck in left spin mode. 'Luckily I have a LR launcher.' He quickly swapped the spin direction of his launcher and locked Eclipse in.
"Go! Eclipse!"
Eclipse landed roughly onto the heated stadium, charging down the slope, it struck the flame barrier that guarded Ifrit. WOOSH, a gust of violent winds were sent back at Forrest, but the fire and smoke around the stadium cleared. Forrest could clearly see the details on the person's mask and the bey spinning in the center. It had a weird driver, that seemed to have a free spinning wheel. The bey almost seemed to strong to be a dual layer beyblade.
"Tell me your named stranger," The masked person said.
Forrest didn't dare to respond, instead, he focused more on the bey battle in front of him.
"Even thought I can't see you, I know you're there," The masked person went on. "My bey was taken away from me by count night. He dropped this beyblade that I currently have. The rage within me made the bey burst into flames that have burned my eyes. The stronger my passion is, the stronger the flames are. So lets enjoy this battle."
"Eclipse! Dead impulse."
Eclipse glowed gold on one side and purple on the other, bolting toward Ifrit in the center. The walls of fire absorbing and bending to cushion the impact from Eclipse. 'How do I break that wall? Wait, this is a newer stadium. There are rails over on the sides.'
"Eclipse! Ride the rails!"
Eclipse hopped on the top rail and quickly gained speed. Faster and faster it went until it exited the rails, coming at Ifrit with full speed.
"Eclipse, dead impulse!"
The avatar of Eclipse rose from the bey, Apollo on the left half and Artemis on the right side. Eclipse slammed into the fire barrier and it instantly disappeared, sending Ifrit towards the edge of the stadium. Unfortunately for Forrest, it harmlessly bounced off and went back into the stadium. But Ifrit was now moving unpredictably and hopping around the stadium. 'The wheel is unbalanced and causing it move around everywhere,' Forrest observed.
"Ifrit, special move! Eternal flame!"
Ifrits' flames got brighter and hotter. Soon, it's color was a bright shade of blue. Forrest could feel the hotter flames by now.
"Eclipse, lets finish this!" Forrest yelled, covering his face. "Dead gravity!"
Eclipse started to circle the zig-zagging Ifrit and was building speed fast. A gold ring formed around Ifrit and slowly closed in, knocking Irfit in its path. The center of the golden ring was now barely big enough to fit a bey. Suddenly, the flames on Ifrit bursted into a purple color. An explosion erupted from the center of the stadium and the figure of a bey bursted...
