I've only personally watched the sub, but from what I've seen the dub is decent. but the sub expresses things like emotions better, like the intensity of someone yelling.

edit: forgot to add, but the dub does include things that the sub doesn't as well, for example one of the characters speaks Pig Latin, but thats not included in the sub.

I like how the main characters are trying to build back civilization after everyone being frozen as stone for 3,700 years. Also nice to see we have an antagonist through Tsukasa. I am excited to see how that turns out.

I am definitely going to continue to watch this series.

Well, I should’ve done this like a week ago, but whatever.

After watching the first season of Dr. Stone (and currently the only season), here are my thoughts:

This anime was great to watch! Watching Senku slowly convince an entire village of people descended from the astronauts that came down to Earth 3,700 years ago after everyone on Earth turned to stone was nice to see. I was genuinely excited to see how a project of Senku’s would turn out, and how they would go about creating it. I kind of wished that those astronauts had a better way to communicate their knowledge of the modern world over time rather than the 100 tales, but I can see why they would have a hard time doing so, and even then, I think the village people being unknowledgeable on things of the modern world added to the story and the struggle to get the village people on Senku’s side. I cannot wait to see season 2 when they go up against Tsukasa.

Still hoping for season 2 this year ( or maybe early next year), would really help with the boredom.

btw, expected release of season 2 in japan is july 2020.........not confirmed or anything, but given how everything's coming along in a month or 2 seems likely. Then again with Corona coming into the mix, later this year also seems likely. But before Corona is was expected to come next month, so keep that in mind.

Both are great. Anime only covers the first 60 chapters, but we're getting season 2 January 2021. And if you're reading or watching it does take a lil bit for it to really start getting good, but not long.
