Well, it means you're... unconfrmed. I haven't gotten a solid yes or no from you. Are you 100% sure you can come?
What time does it end and do all the bladders have a specific time

Well, since I don't know what time we'll be done, there's no specific time. As for your second question, read the WBO Event Guide.

Can I come? I'm a maybe, and what are the rules?BTW, I have a max stampede stadium with the circle things that make you're beys spin around and i'm getting another on, and is they any prizes? And Can we bring mixed bey parts?
Sure, I'll put you down as a maybe. As for the rules, you might want to read the WBO Organized Play Rulebook and/or the WBO Event Guide.

The Max Stampede Stadium can be used for free play.

I mentioned that I'm still deciding on prizes right now...

Of course you can bring custom Beys, just as long as you didn't modify the parts. (Illegal modification is covered in the Rulebook as well)
I'll bring my Pegasus Thunder Whip, Max Stampede, Super Vortex, and Bolt Blast Stadiums with me to the tournament.

Cool. They can be used for free play as well.
I WANT EVERYONE TO BRING WHAT THEY GOT CAUSE WHEN IM DONE TRAINING ITS ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I may or may not bring my attack stadium seeing as it has a chance to melt in Georgia's climate. If not I'll just bring a Hasbro stadium for free playing. IF I go.

Ahh, that's right, yours is black. Either way, between iB and I there are 3 BB-10s, so that's pretty good.

Convince your parents to let you come! Do not take no for an answer! Lol, if you can't come, I understand, but if you can, then Grin.
So how exactly does the tourney go

I'll take those into consideration.

What do you mean by clear? But yes, you can use 4Ds, just not Plastics or HMS.
