here are "rules" i made and posted this morning for the hasbro metagame
they are much like what you just said, and we do have a separate thread for testing...

ok megablader9 was a bit soft on the tested combos, so i am making rules for how the combo gets in the tier list and more. please read the following rules carefully

first off the old tier list will be deleted, so look at those combos in it as all of them must be retested properly before the new list goes up

tier list: for any combo to get in the tier list it must be tested by at least 4 members and get similar results by them

stadiums: the stadiums that are legal for testing (attack and defence, the others are fine for stamina) are only the Lightning Force(LF) and the Max Stampede (MXS, the prototype is not allowed)

the way to post tests: please post test this way (this is a quote)

MF Lightning L Drago 100RF vs. MF Earth Aquario GB145CS
MF Lightning L Drago 100RF: 18 wins
MF Earth Aquario GB145CS: 1 win
1 draw
CS win percentage: 5%

do that but add what stadium, launcher, and how the beys were launched in your tests

parts:if you have both a TT F and a hasbro F you must use the hasbro one, no TT parts are allowed except the metal face (MF-H is not allowed), the reason why is that hasbro MF's are expensive and hard to get, any other TT part is not allowed though, but if you do test with a TT metal face, it will need to be retested by someone with a hasbro metal face
