No hypershere, yes GT, you can mix parts but not cross hasbro and Takara Tomy.

Actually, he/she can use Hypersphere. Hypersphere is only banned in Burst Classic, but this tournament is Burst Standard.

Colored Disks are allowed, but only ones from official releases. Painting them yourself is not allowed.

You can put any Disk or Frame on any Hasbro or Takara Tomy Bey that allows a Disk or Frame. The only restrictions between brands are for the Layers and Drivers.
