If the tournament doesn't already indicate that it's Hasbro only in big letters, then the answer is no, they aren't.

The rules say no duplicates. Does that include the frame?

The city just ordered non essentials to close for 7 days I was going to look at it again this Saturday and make a decision. It’s not looking good.

The city just ordered non essentials to close for 7 days I was going to look at it again this Saturday and make a decision. It’s not looking good.

All WBO tournaments taking place in March or April will be canceled or postponed, depending on what the organizer wants to do.
