Out of those parts I don't think you can make a defence combo. If you can only get hasbro beyblades, get Rock Leone. Best defence type from hasbro

what about the takara tomy attack stadium

It is very difficult to sustain a flower pattern with HF in the TT Attack. An alternative is MF (Metal Flat) which can sustain a flower patter more easily, while having similar capabilities of HF. Though for pure KO'ing power you may want to use Rubber for high friction in combos like MF Lightning L Drago CH120RF.

GB145 and CS can fit in a defensive combo like Earth Bull GB145CS if you don't like the risk of scraping with BD145.

If your CS is agressive, it can be be an alternative to RF if you are looking for trade-off in raw attack power for a longer spin-time.

You can still use an aggressive CS for defense. With CS BD145 will not scrape too often, at least not enough to lose a match..
