S130, I have been told, has been a good track for most attack wheels in Hasbro when CH120 isn't available....

You should probably change that to 'Please use Metal Face Heavy When you get one' Because no-where in that post did he state anything about any metal faces.
EDIT: Plus I think that his beys are hasbro. so almost 0% change of him having one.

It and h145. Personally I like h145 better because it can still ko at Low spin.

An excellent Balance type bey customization would be Flame Capricorn 145WD. This customization has the maximum amount of Balance power that is possible in a Bey. It also has a high amount of Stamina and Defense power. It has very low attack power. It's a great winning combo! Use it as you please!

But how do we even know if it has Samurai yet?
