So today I just got in the Octogon Battle Set from the BeyWarriors line...

It's just NOT good. The stadium is pretty cool, but I couldn't hate the BeyWarriors more. They spin horribly, and the battles are like to people spinning around while slapping each other with fish. It just doesn't feel as exciting, and has a WAY less powerful feel that regular Beys.

And CS should be classified as calm or aggressive. A new CS may not be aggressive if it is a Takara one and it may be agressive if it is Hasbro one.
A calm CS should be used in that combo and using BD145/TH170 will make it top tier defense.

Should I Change my 85 on Screw Horogium 85MF to T125 or the Left stealing bey Meteo L drago 125WD (kind awkward to change with this ...) Just this I won't list the other parts

Screw will work better with 85. Meteo will work better on 100 or higher instead of 85... but keep it below 130.

There is no good balance type out of your parts, but here's other suggestions...
Attack: Lightning L-Drago 100HF (Get Gravity Destroyer and an R2F to Make Gravity Destroyer R145R2F).
Defense: Earth/Twisted Libra GB145WB (Get Hell Kerbecs and Ray Striker to make Twisted Kerbecs BD145CS).
Stamina: Twisted/Earth Libra 145/100 WD/SD (Get AD145 to make Earth/Twisted Libra AD145WD).
