well the current best attack customs are
MF Lightning L Drago BD145/CH120/H145/100 RF/LRF
MF Gravity Persues BD145/CH120/D125/R145 RF/R2F/LRF

but if you want to use vulcan it would be MF Vulcan Byxis/Horseus 85/90 RF/R2F

What is a good counter for Basalt 230 ( If you say Lightning Tank or Maximum Meteor etc. please give at least one more combo)?

Get MF.Although LDD145RF,is good,LDD100RF is way better.I recommend getting CH120.You could change it to CH145 if your oppenent is using 230.

You're going to use Lightning L-Drago 145 RF for defense/stamina firstly, make it Lightning L-Drago 100 RF instead of using 145, secondly, that's attack type.
For stamina, use Flame Aquario 145 D.
Your best Defense would be Rock Aquario D125(the Orso track) B.

Basically, both of them suck, but they're your best possible combos.

Dracovianauis, that's actually an incredibly difficult request. Honestly, if you want people to recommend 9 beys, you should really just try to learn a bit and work it out yourself... That said, I'm bored/sick.
Attack: MF Lightning L Drago BD145 LRF, MF Meteo L Drago CH120XF, and MF-F Gravity Perseus T125RF.
Defence: MF-H Earth Bull (Aquario if Hasbro) GB145CS, MF-H Gravity Perseus (Stamina) 85/100RS, MF-F Dark Cancer LW105FS
Stamina: Burn Bull AD145WD, Burn Aquario/Bull/Cancer 100/85WD, Flame Cancer 105FS

Explanation/full reasoning/thoughts (Click to View)

MF Lightning L Drago BD145LRF and MF Meteo L Drago (Absorb) CH120XF (Put absorb in assault mode) are the best combo's you can make, so don't use their parts for other beys.
Lastly, MF-F Gravity Perseus (ATK) T125RF (Counter Mode) needs a metal face, but as you have no more, MF-F is the next heaviest thing you've got, so yeah.

With only one BD145, you can't make many good defence combos, MF-H Earth Bull GB145CS might be the best you can manage, tbh. Using a low track might work too.
Might as well give MF-H Gravity Perseus (Stamina) 85/100RS a shot. Should do okay, though there's not really any testing to back that up, it's probably the next best thing with your parts. Just make sure to use the same spin direction as your opponent. Could swap CS and RS between the first two, I guess, or even use MFH Earth Bull 85RS/CS, you should play around and see what works tbh.
MF-F Dark Bull LW105FS is horrible, but the next best thing you can make.

Stamina wise, just use the top tier list, I guess, you've got Burn. While Hell Kerbecs BD145WD is the best you can make, you've only got one BD145, which is better used for attack, so yeah.
I'm guessing Burn Bull AD145WD, Burn Cancer/Aquario (if TT) 100/85WD, and Flame Cancer 105FS, as a destabiliser (you can use WD if you want a normal stamina combo, but you might as well use a destabiliser)
