Thats because those combos only work for zero g theyd get smoked in the bb-10. For the bb-10 try:

spin steal: reviser/killerken dragooon sa165(normal) ewd
anti spin steal: Duo____ sr200? mb?/sa165 ewd/

What if I don't have an SR200, or an EWD? Can I use a W2D with SA165, and can I use a TH170 to 195?

More correctly-
Anti-Attack is a Defensive Metal Wheel (or simply, a heavy metal wheel) used on an Attack setup. These are moving Defense types, in a way. Momentum does the job here.

Anti-Meta was a term used for Anti-Attacks back when Attack types dominated a large part of the meta game (hence Anti-Meta, because it countered the biggest threats in the meta-game- Attack types).
However, as most members pointed out (especially th!nk) later on, "Meta-Game" was a largely subjective "scenario". First off, Meta-games differ from region to region. Secondly, Meta-Games are dynamic. There is no definite worldwide Meta(and hence no definite Anti-Meta), which is why the term Anti-Meta could be highly misleading.

While they are quite literal, there's a reason why people confuse Anti-Attack and Anti-Meta so much. I just stated that above.

EDIT-
Oh and I better say this- THERE IS NO ANTI-META COMBO.
That is(in reference to yt152430's definition of Anti-Meta), there is no combo that beats all other combos in a meta-game. Yes, there have been a few broke ones, but they were soon countered...
