An excellent Balance type bey customization would be Flame Capricorn 145WD. This customization has the maximum amount of Balance power that is possible in a Bey. It also has a high amount of Stamina and Defense power. It has very low attack power. It's a great winning combo! Use it as you please!

is your sag I or II? sag I is listed there as a good one to use. if you have sag II, then try to use the least obstrusive CW you have that places weight at the contact points (that's the main theory, anyway, to maximize smash potential on flash). i don't have any of the CWs you have except for unicorno, so i don't want to advise on something i can't account for later if/when i turn out to be wrong.

purely on theory though, ketos looks decent if it doesn't poke out too much, but it's probably too wide

So today I just got in the Octogon Battle Set from the BeyWarriors line...

It's just NOT good. The stadium is pretty cool, but I couldn't hate the BeyWarriors more. They spin horribly, and the battles are like to people spinning around while slapping each other with fish. It just doesn't feel as exciting, and has a WAY less powerful feel that regular Beys.

Just for future reference-
Twisted on a BD145RS setup was considered to have rather bad balance. The theory was opposed by many; but it still isn't the best setup to use.
Hence, the correction made by Cake above is an appropriate one.
The anti-attack combo would work a LOT better.
