They are telling you the truth duo is and excellent wheel for defense combinations. If you don't have duo then use death or phantom; they are both excellent alternatives for duo.

Defense: Twisted Kerbecs BD145CS/MB or Anti-Attack Diablo Kerbecs BD145RF/R2F
Attack: Gravity Destroyer S130/D125RF/R2F or Fang Kerbecs? S130RF/R2F or Vulcan Horuseus BD145/90RF/R2F (if hasbro use MF tip for all attack combos)
Stamina: Twisted Bull/Kerbecs/Cancer 145D/WD

There is no such thing as the best, but netal wheels Flash, Blitz, and VariAres are top tier...

Why would you add the stock CW, track and tip onto that name? Flash is appalling uncustomized and your comment is misleading. If you can't notice this stuff before posting, just stop posting advice.

Do you have AD145 or not? Because AD145 comes with Gravity Perseus.

In my opinion the RDF, has attack and very good stamina for a rubber tip

RDF is the best tip for pure defense, not as much stamina as CS. CS has a little bit less defense, but more stamina.

If you switch the wheels, your combos won't be as good anymore. It dos not take much time to switch parts anyways.

RDF does not have attack potential. Also, CS has higher stamina than RDF. On Duo, I prefer CS because Duo has excellent stamina as well as defense.

Use Death for the Defense combo. Or, make Duo Bull 230CS. It's a defense/stamina combo, and it should OS most Defense and survive against most Attack.

In a tournament setting, MWs can't be swapped right before a battle IIRC. Though, yes, Duo>Death.
