In order to defeat a basic MeteoLDrago all you need is a good defence type, and one that is at least mildly able to avoid spin-steal. You could also try KOing it with another attack type. I would say GravityPerseusD125CS (In left spin mode) or any defensive combo with Gravity because it can spin both left and right. If you put it in lefft spin it will stop Meteo's spin-steal. You could also use LDragoDestroy GB145/100 RF to try and KO it.

For the first of your questions I need to talk about MF-2's or Metal Face Custom Version. I will let beywik explain:

A different type of Metal Face has also been released, called a Metal Face Custom Ver. This Metal Face consists of two parts, the Core, the center that screws into the Beyblade, and the Plate, the hexagonal ring around the Core. The Core and the Plate have both Metal and Clear versions that are interchangeable with each other.

Metal Core: 2.6 grams
Metal Plate: 2.7 grams
Clear Core: 0.7 grams
Clear Plate: 0.5 grams
By using different combinations of Cores and Plates, it is possible to change the weight and weight distribution of the Face.
When you have both the Metal Plate and the Metal Core, it is called a MF-H (or Metal Face Heavy) because it weighs 0.6g more than a normal Metal Face. Whereas when you have both the Clear Core and Clear Plate it is called a MF-F (Metal Face Feather).

Lastly I will answer the question 'How does the angle compass work?'
It doesn't. The angle compass is meant to keep your launch flat, but it does not work and most the time you don't launch flat anyway, with attack types you almost always need to bank or slide shoot. The compass is just there for display.

All those combo's are pretty bad but that's the best you can make.

Rock as a recoil attacker, yes. But Galaxy has some uses in attack if you add a metal face/metal face heavy to it because its main problem was weight. But without a metal face then Rock could be used also.

Yup. But if you could replace R145 with GB145 or something, it would be better and if possible, get another MF-H and put it in ur defense type. If not, then put a normal MF on attack and MF-H on defense. Maybe the weight on the attack type could help it control r2f but then again, it is a right spin tip

It's Zurafa in Hasbro terms, but yes I prefer Giraffe as well. It was a totally un-needed name change. No, it's not a good defence type. Every part of it is outcalssed. Counter has far too much recoil, 125 is outclassed by D125, T125 and S130 and D, its a stamina tip (opposite to what the name suggests).

Well, that is a misunderstanding. Galaxy is only capable of kicking out Basalt, but not consistently.
Against other Metal Wheels, Galaxy's performance is shameful. Rock, when compared to Galaxy, will be more useful IMO. Rock is a recoil attacker as you said, and may defeat certain wheels, though not consistently. But, it is still capable of defeating more number of beys in comparison to Galaxy, which just manages to push out Basalt. Smile
Then again, you can say that in a Basalt Domination based meta, Galaxy would at least manage to push out Basalt occasionally. Hence, its quite tough to draw conclusions about this argument. Smile
Final verdict- Get something better. LLD, Gravity Perseus, VariAres, Blitz, etc. can be bought. The first two, are quite easily available in Hasbro countries nowadays. Wink

@CyberUltimatum- The combos Benjo gave are great. As he said, use Metal Faces for better results. But, he forgot to say this- Do not use a Metal Face in Stamina combos. Smile
