Well, you could try MF Gravity Perseus BD145MF. I've heard that it can equalize and destabilize some, but I've rarely used it myself. It should be able to knock out most Stamina types, but it won't stand much of a chance against today's attackers.

Meteo L-Drago BD145MF is an interesting destabilization custom, but CH120WD/EWD works far better.

You could try MF-L Phantom Gemios/Dragonis W145/AD145 EWD/WD or MF-L Duo Gemios/Dragonis 160/W145/AD145 PD/EWD/WD.

I'd recommend getting a Ray Striker and wearing down the CS bottom so it's not aggressive. Then stick that on and it will be amazing.
