-Cancer(Brown)
-Gravity MW
-Perseus Energy Ring
-Counter MW
-230 Track
-BS Bottom
-GB145 Track
-SD Bottom
-ES Bottom
-Ray MW
And:
-AD145 Track.

Please tell me some good Balance(or Defence)combos.

Gravity Perseus 230/AD145 WD is the best I can see. Get Twisted Tempo, Ray Striker, Ruck Zurafa, Galaxy Pegasus, Phantom Orion B : D (from Japan), and Hades Kerbecs to make these:

Attack: Gravity Perseus R145R2F
Defense: Basalt Kerbecs BD145CS
Stamina: Phantom Cancer 230/AD145 WD

This thread is for building people combos to suit their individual needs, out of their parts. Not for listing your best combinations - we have a thread for that in the Beyblade General forum.

and also which track is better to use for stamina and defense combos AD145 Or DF145
Because if it's DF145 I Will Change AD145 To DF145 with my brother cause He Got almost 8 DF145 Tracks

Do not be deceived by the name of WD, it is a Stamina tip.

AD145 is the best track for pure stamina currently made, so keep AD145 on it.

The best Stamina and Defense wheel would be Aquario. There is no best attack wheel, however if you're using a three sided metal wheel (i.e Hell, Ray, Storm, Srew,Blitz, etc.) it is best to use a 3-side clear wheel(i.e. Unicorno,UnicornoII, Kerbecs, Aries, etc.).
