Hello and Welcome Bladers! Brisbane finally has an Official WBO Tournament and it’s called 'Bey Fury!' I know that there have been quite a few Brisbane members whom have been waiting quite a long time for this to happen and it's finally about to happen on the 23rd of January! Come down and test your skills against some of the strongest and most technically proficient Bladers in Brisbane! Earn the chance to prove yourself to the World by winning Beypoints, who knows you could leave the Tournament ranked by the World Beyblade Organization as one of the best Beybladers in the world!
It doesn't matter whether your a Veteran or only starting the amazing and fantastic game that is Beyblade as you'll be sure to discover what true Beyspirit is at 'Bey Fury!'. While attending 'Bey Fury!' you'll have the chance to make a new friend, create an awesome Bey Team that’ll rival the Bladebreakers or even find a new adversary to constantly test your developing skills against! Though 'Bey Fury!' doesn't have to be all serious, after the Tournament has finished free play will commence which'll give you the opportunity to battle against the other participants whom just competed at 'Bey Fury!' freely while not having to worry about the restrictions of previous Beyblade Generations. You'll have the chance to either use a favoured and nostalgic Plastic Generation Beyblade, the neglected series that was the Heavy/Hard Metal System or choose to stick with MFB to find out once and for all whether a Beyblades strength and power have increased with MFB. Even if your not that into battles and simply enjoy a good discussion on Beyblade parts, combos or concepts 'Bey Fury!' is the place for you since numerous knowledgeable Bladers will be there along with myself!
Now the best bit of all is that the 'Bey Fury!' will be recorded! Parts of the 'Bey Fury!' Tournament will be recorded with the footage that is recored is going to be edited into a video and displayed on Fyuuor’s You Tube Page which is one of the most popular and visited Beyblade You Tube pages in the world! This'll give YOU the chance for the entire world to witness the glory of your victory and the unveiling of a new Beyblade Champion!

ROMA STREET PARKLANDS MAP
Access to Roma Street Parklands is easy! You can either catch a bus to Roma Street Bus Terminal or a train to Roma Street Station, it's a 5 min walk from station!
Since the Tournament is so close to Roma Street Train Station there is a cafe simply 30 meters away along with a vending machine for quick drinks and snacks if you become peckish whilst there is a drinking fountain next to the vending machine if you find your quite thirsty while being a little strapped for cash. Though if you find yourself dying from starvation don't despair there is a food court inside the Train Station with the following stores inside McDonalds, KFC, Doughnut King, Pizza, Sushi Bar, Fruit Bar and even a Kebab Store. For toilets there are some next to the cafe or inside the Train Station.
If you find that you're trying to save a bit of money your more then welcomed to bring your own lunch and drinks, in fact I'll encourage the idea of bringing your own food since buying lunch from the Food Court may become a little pricey.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE RECENT FLOODING IN BRISBANE *MUST READ*
This message is to clarify that the 'Bey Fury!' Beyblade Tournament will occur on the scheduled date of the 23rd of January 2011 at the Roma Street Parklands. The flooding that is occurring in Brisbane the City which is hosting 'Bey Fury!' is expected to peak at 4am Thursday the 13th of January with the flood waters reseeding by Saturday the 15th of January. When 'Bey Fury!' occurs on the 23rd of January all if not the majority of the flood water is expected to be gone. If anything occurs to delay the scheduled 'Bey Fury!' from occurring I'll post and update immediately to inform everybody.
My most important priority is the safety of the participants of 'Bey Fury!'. I don't want people to under the notion that I'm hell bent on hosting 'Bey Fury!' no matter what the costs. I wouldn't endorse the 'Bey Fury!' Tournament continuing and being a safe environment unless I believed wholeheartedly and with conviction that travel to and from 'Bey Fury!' is completely safe.

Need-to-Know Information

Open your account page on your mobile device (if possible) during registration to help us keep things quick.
2. Arrive On Time
You must arrive by the tournament start time to enter. We cannot add new players to an event once it begins. If you're running late, contact the host.
3. Stay Aware of Your Belongings
We do everything possible to ensure a safe environment, but can't be held responsible for lost or stolen goods. Keep your gear close by!
4. The Tournament Will Last At Least a Few Hours
This event is likely to last at least a few hours. If you can't commit to the entire tournament, you're welcome to come watch and play for fun instead!
5. Listen For Your Username To Be Called
Your name will be called when it's time for your next battle. If you need to leave early or take a break, tell a judge. Missing a match could mean disqualification!
6. Players Must Meet Regional Product Age Restrictions
All players in this event must meet the age restrictions on Beyblade products in their region. TAKARA-TOMY recommends Beyblade for ages 6+. Hasbro recommends Beyblade for ages 8+. Players under these ages may only participate with the permission of their parent/guardian.
7. Players Under 18 Must Be Accompanied by a Parent/Guardian
If you are under 18 years old, a parent/guardian must accompany you and be present for the duration of the event.
8. Contests, Raffles, Gambling, Betting, and Selling Are Prohibited
Advertising the sale of any product or service, as well as posting about any contest, raffle, gambling, or betting on this event page and conducting them at the event without approval by Fighting Spirits Inc. staff is prohibited. Please contact the Organized Play team if you require approval.
9. Terms of Service
All event attendees and users of this website are subject to our Terms of Service.

Meteo L Drago LW105LF is currently not available as a prize, there was a chance Meteo L Drago would be offered as part of the prize for first place but I decided to include Galaxy Pegasis W105R2F instead.

My beylauncher BROKE! will I be Able to rent a bey launcher because I need a string launcher for my combos so will I be able to rent a string laugher there?
i got a question, would i be able to rent a hand grip at the tournament? like i got one but it is actually my brothers, he is kind enough to let me use his, but it leaves him at a disadvantage as he is younger and cant rip his launcher as hard as me, but i need a hand grip if i want any chance of performing good launches with my string launcher.
so my main question is, would i be able to rent one, or would anyone be selling one at the tournament for a reasonable price (under $14) as i am willing to pay interest if someone may find one at a shopping centre near them, i am only saying $14 as all the shops near me sell their grips, beylaunchers ect for $10-$13 as i dont mind paying a dollar or two extra.

That's a shame, whilst unfortunately I don't have any spare Beylaunchers I can sell since I've only got one left myself. Though depending on how it broke you may still be allowed to use it in the Tournament. If it’s simply just the ‘T Shaped’ plastic bit that’s connected to the string which you pull has broken then WBO rules state that your allowed to continue using it. Though I’d only recommend using that if you can still achieve a comfortable launch, otherwise I have plenty of Light Launchers that you could borrow, lol.

Sorry man I don’t have any Customizable Grips for sale, though I’m pretty sure somebody else at the Tournament may have one for sale
the string launcher cant retract an also its handle but if theres anybody else who has a spare string launcher that the dont need ill pay up about $12 to $14 dollars ill pay for it so whoever has a stringlauncher the dont need please sell it to me PLEEEAAAAAASSSSSSEEEE!!!!! my combos dont work with light launcher so pleeeaaaaasssseeee! how is it broken? if the retractor gear broke then a new launcher is needed, witch is easy to replace but it costs $10 for a right spin takara not including postage, or you can get a hasbro one in stores for $12 and those are quite easy to find unlike the beys. if it isn't broken there are a bunch of guides.
