But who knows, Toko might've matured after a while and have improved as there's like a 2-year timeskip between Chozetsu and Superking.

Ok so my standards here are:
-Let's say everyone has an equal amount of power, and an equal amount of skill so that we can balance the higher ranking 'Legends' with the lower ranking ones.
-The system which any Blader uses does not matter, and like I said earlier it boils down to skill and/or strategy. ( Yes the system doesn't matter because in God we literally can see Shasa beat Valt's God Valkyrie with a generic Bey, which is I believe Gigant Gaia )
-The stadium is a double decker ( the one we see when Aiga trained with the rest of Beigoma Academy and Shu ).
