In manga , Norman got his beyblade repaired !!! ( In the last Part of God series , he got Nemesis repaired , which was broken by Spriggen !!) SO, I think there is a chance that vL can be Repaired ( by Raul , off-course )

Yeah,CZ-3 is a balance type starter,and most probably Raul will make new Laurie ,even if later,same with spriggan though chances of that are less,also giving Aiga his new launcher

this ep is good ??. Free is seen in this episode and we see a evil Aiga who almost beat free but free with a new noting breaker beats Aiga

First I will talk about this 'thing' they are building the plot on. Firstly, I am getting a lot of Harry Potter vibes from this. Phai is Voldemort and Aiga is Harry. 
This is not what I expect them to do. 
The episode, I am gonna be brutally honest.
The way the new launcher and chip was given to Aiga was dumb for me. So, Raul somehow has a launcher and the extend chip lying in his pockets?! What is he, a psychic? 
Secondly, the cool parts, Free hand spinned the gF!!! Yes!! I was soo hoping for him to do this! Yes! 
It was really nice to hear Raul's weird yet funny laugh.

Details of the episode, seriously, there was not much on the episode except the two minute battles.
The episode starts with Aiga having a dream woth Phai in it. See, Harry Potter vibes! They are somehow connected.
First battle, Free hand spins gF, Aiga underestimates Free and loses. The attack pattern that Aiga used reminded me a lot of Rush Shoot.
Second battle.
We see a little flash back of Valt and Free battling and Valt telling him about Aiga.. 
Free wins again, but his super saiyan mode was great to see. 
Then they take a break, Free goes in a lake sits on a leaf and medites and senses something different about Aiga.
On the other hand, Raul is telling how Free got his Cho-Z beyblade. Free had come to him for an upgrade for dF. Raul gives him the 8' disc and Ab driver along with the gold launcher.
Third battle.
Before the battle starts, we see Phai's previous episodescene of his eyes going black.
Then Aiga and Free launch their beyblades. Aiga breaks his launcher.
This battle showed how Ab is useful. It KOed zA in no time and then Aiga faints.
When he gets up, he sees Free is not there. Raul then gives him the new launcher and extend chip.
So that's all.
Preview, nothing much, just shows Aiga and Free battling.
This was the last episode I could watch live, and I am glad I did. It was overall a great episode!

You can be somewhere in the middle or be sad. As critical I have been with this episode, it was a great one! 
Lot of things happened. I liked every bit of it, but some things juts didn't make sense for me at that moment. 
It's the battles that you should be sad about missing. Anyways, it's okay, just wait for Kurumi or kissanime or anything else. 
I think Kurumi is having difficulties uploading the episode, last episode too was not uploaded but an AMV with the important battles was posted on the channel.
So, keep your fingers crossed.
