No clue. Probably some insane plot twist.
this my theory to that

I think it's because the bros need a rematch with rantaro and valt i mean look their battle in the second round was humiliating it wasn't even like a battle it was like a set up to a bigger battle.

Это моя теория,

я думаю, это потому, что братанам нужен матч-реванш с Рантаро и Вальтом, я имею в виду, что их битва во втором раунде была унизительной, это даже не было похоже на битву, это было похоже на подготовку к более крупной битве.

Yeah it's true. First they will go on Shu. Or both Shu , Rantaro and Valt will go on Lean, just to show how miserable he is

Nah wrong. valt and rantaro will fight SHu and Lain but will lose
A) There's a tiebreaker between Valt and Rantaro and the brothers, meaning Valt and Rantaro would have beat Lean and Shu most likely or practically guaranteed by an over or spin finish. This would probably take place in episode 49. Episode 50 is probably training and Episodes 51 to 52 would be the final battle.
B) Lean and Shu completely reck Valt and Rantaro (The brothers are most likely guaranteed to beat Free and Sisco), There are two filler episodes, and episodes 51 and half of 52 would be Lean and Shu vs Hikaru and Hyuga.
My scenario/speculation on future events.
Lui and Drum will probably beat Aiga and Rantaro but it's not going to make a difference.
Poor Free and Sisco the only team with 1 point (If Drum and Lui win their battle) of this whole tag league.
I hear people say episode 44 with Wakiya was filler I don’t think people understand what filler is

It was filler. Just a random training episode in the middle of a tournament for no reason other than promotion.

Exactly.

I also believe the brothers will have a rematch.

That doesn’t make it filler though considering it’s still part of the story

Okay so tell us what impact that the episode gives to the next episode? Nothing, the episode was clearly just a fresh air filler from all the craziness happening in the arc they didn't even train for drum and lui

I think this filler is still a considerably needed one. Since every single episode was like the tag team, I think the filler was a good one. Plus Jet wyverns gimmicks are cool

Filler is something that doesn’t impact the story of course and if that’s the case you tell me why episode 45 had a flashback of the episode 44 with Wakiyas debut they didn’t train for Lui and drum bc what’s the point we know the outcome of how things will go done why see them train if their going to lose anyways they can easily just train in the episode that’s coming out in the next two days
Yeah Sparking kinda is dumb ngl... I do believe Valt should have beaten Variant Lucifer but then again somehow Lane and him would have a rematch.

The point is, the episode had no purpose other than miniscule training and mainly, promotion. If Sparking Wyvern didn't exist, that episode would also not exist. Besides, what did Wakiya's training have to do with the tournament? Like, why did it happen so late into the tournament? Wouldn't he start personally training them before? Oh wait, this episode conveniently came out around the time of Jet Wyvern's release.

Huh.

Eh, it already happened. You can criticize it, but you don't gotta be mad about it. I don't think EarthHelios is mad.

I still liked it tbh. Rather see Wakiya in action one more time than get nothing.

Not saying it was bad, but it was filler.
We still have time to see Wyvern new appearance of the avatar.
