I think your best bet is to PM one of the committee members directly and see if there's some process to be worked out.

At this point we'll have to deal with his failure to send the prize internally, but to make up for it since you've been waiting so long we will see what we can offer in terms of a replacement prize for you. I might not get back to you until after BeyDays, but I'll PM you soon once we've determined what we can offer.
