Try to tell the host directly at the tournament, during the registration.

It think everybody is forgetting something regarding fees:

regardless of whether or not participants have a Blader Passport (if you do not have one, you are welcome to purchase one in the place of the $5 fee, though)

So no, if you want to buy a Blader Passport at the tournament you don't have to pay the $5 along with the $10 Passport.

As happy as I am that there is a beyblade tournament in California i cant make it because i live in San Jose

The World Beyblade Organization's tournaments are completely fan-run, so only you guys in Texas can take the initiative. It might be too late though, we cannot hold qualifiers until after the first week of May since we need to organise all the winners' travels before the end of May.

Cye Kinomiya is available to host one on May 5th, but he doesn't have any ZERO-G Stadiums. If you can confirm that you'd be able to make it and provide some, please let him know ASAP!

Only if there was qualifier in Minnesota, I would gather all my friends to enter though there is never enough people.

I wish I could go but the regionals is on the other side of the state
