Looking forward to seeing everyone again, I'll be moving to Waterloo at the end of the month so this is likely going to be my last tournament for a little while. Smile
13 is an interesting participant cap, since it's an odd number.

I think it’s partially so we can run group round robin instead of normal round robin, but also because we’re trying to start off with a small crowd
Are we allowed to sell beys here, if so I will be bringing
-Variant Lucifer
-Rage Longinus
-Brave Valkyrie
-Super Hyperion

Alright, thanks for telling me
is it possible for one parent/guardian to be present for 2 participants? and what if there are other kids with them, that will not interfere with the tournament area? for example, my 2 sisters will be coming as well, and they won't be playing, and won't be interfering with the event.

Yes, one parent for two participants is fine. For the other two, they have to stay away from the tournament area at all times. If they do stay away, that’s fine. If they do not, the organizer can ask you and your group to leave.
Also reminder to parents/guardians, if you plan on attending the tournament, you must now register before the tournament. If you can not end up making it, please unregister as soon as you can so others that can make it that haven’t signed up due to the participant cap being full. Just to be sure if you haven’t already, please read the rules and restrictions provided here. Thank you!

We’ve reached our participant cap. Thanks everyone! As is stated in the opening post, I plan to hide his page soon in order to avoid any other people from potentially showing up that aren’t on the participant list. I will private message you the event details when that happens.

First however, as is requested in the opening post:

I need Smartsin the6, Humble Dumbo, LuinorBlader, and RAYYANWQ to confirm here whether they will be attending with a parent/guardian or not so that I know exactly how many people will be present at the event in total. Let me know this week or I may have to remove you from the participant list.

Please remember that if you are under 18 you must have a parent/guardian present. And due to COVID-19 we are not permitting anyone to come with more than one person.

Thank you!

Your sister can't come with you to the tournament unless both your dad and your sister remain extremely far away from the main tournament area the entire time, which isn't going to work out if your sister is in a stroller, because then you, an 8 year old, is unattended at a tournament, which is also against the rules.

"Do Not Bring More Than 1 Person With You"

You should probably not attend if you can't follow that rule. Let us know in this thread if you need to be deregistered.

Do not post "a whole bunch of spam" next time.

Sorry, Tahoor! Hopefully if this goes well we can have another one soon after.

Hey RAYYANWQ, I really appreciate your enthusiasm!

However unfortunately, it is as DeceasedCrab said: all participants need to not have more than one person (a parent/guardian in your case) with them due to the WBO's requirements for events during COVID-19. This is to help keep everyone as safe as possible!

Can you please confirm if you will be able to come with only your Dad and no one else? If not, we will have to take you off the tournament participant list this time.

The Toronto Beyblade community is very active normally, so if you can't come to this event then I'm sure you'll be able to come again in the future when things get back to normal. Smile
Cool to see tournaments back at Toronto! Looking forward to seeing a limited tournament with the Canadian meta. Definitely interested to see what you may do there, kei. Gonna be cool to see the results of this standard tournament, especially with rage out now. Definitely scary. Good luck to all y'all!
Dang, 10AM? That’s an early tournament lol. Hopefully everyone wakes up in time

10AM is not early. 6AM is early.

Yeah. It’s just earlier.
Hey Smartsin the6, Humble Dumbo, LuinorBlader, and RAYYANWQ please see below.

If I don't hear back by tomorrow, I will unfortunately have  to remove you from the participant list and you will not be able to participate unless you're able to re-join and can confirm your status regarding whether you will be coming with one parent/guardian or not.

Thanks for your understanding!
