Hi thanks for the heads up, I'm Luinor Bladers dad, and will be joining as well. I'm over 18 and will be just us two

Hi thanks for the heads up, Luinorblader is coming with me, he's my son. I will be also participating, I'm over 18
Hey Humble Dumbo and RAYYANWQ, due to the requirement outlined below I have now removed you from the participant list.

You are free to re-join if there is space and you can post confirming if you will be attending with a parent or guardian. Thank you!

Kei Wrote:If I don't hear back by tomorrow, I will unfortunately have  to remove you from the participant list and you will not be able to participate unless you're able to re-join and can confirm your status regarding whether you will be coming with one parent/guardian or not.

Thanks for your understanding!

Also, I will pick some of this stuff if needed but if anyone attending the event has any of the following which they can bring for use at the tournament, please let me know!

- Disinfectant Wipes
- Tarp or Foam Mats

I can hopefully bring some disinfect wipes and a tarp. If you need anything else I will do my best to get that. We should probably bring a vat of hand sanitizer in at this point to the tournament for people to disinfect there hands after playing at this point. Or at least a bottle

Thanks!

For hand sanitizer, I'll have some if people want it, but I would encourage everyone to bring their own. However, because everyone is wearing masks, keeping their distance, and because the stadiums will be disinfected after each match, I don't think it's necessary for hand sanitizer to be used after each match as long as you're not touching your face.
Hey B4BEY, I need you to confirm here whether you will be attending with a parent/guardian or not so that I know exactly how many people will be present at the event in total. Let me know this week or I may have to remove you from the participant list.

Please remember that if you are under 18 you must have a parent/guardian present. Due to COVID-19 we are not permitting anyone to come with more than one person and you must be on the participant list to attend.

Thank you!
Courtesy of Team Zankye, we have prizes to donate to this tournament, best of luck everyone!

In order to speed up the contact tracing information gathering process and avoid you needing to get close to me during registration, I'd like to ask that all of you bring your full name, phone number, and e-mail written down on a piece of paper with you to the event. Then, I'll have each of you place it down into a box and you won't need to hand it to me directly. Thanks!

Thank you so much to everyone who came out yesterday! It was so great to see everyone after eight months. I appreciated everyone's efforts to comply with the new safety requirements at this event.

We plan to host another event in September, so please watch out for that!

I'll also be writing a report on beybase.com for this event, so stay tuned for that as well!
