My launcher recently(2 min ago) just broke in half. Is there any way to fix it. WHY HASBRO WHY!!!

If you're talking about it actually cracking in half, don't bother trying.

Are there any ripcords that won't break?

All ripcords can break eventually, although if you straighten them and launch straight the chances are very slim.

pyro: Just curious as to how bad it might be. all i hear is its terrible i wonder why, whats the weight how does it perform does it have any good recoil/none at all? all that. hearing something is terrible doesnt tell me much

Jrl007: where did it crack in half. explain. if its the plate on top just replace it. it all depends on how its broken normally any damages are easily fixed

If you are worried about your ripcord breaking then use a Beylauncher. It also gives you more power.
