I will recommend you to use 145 track if facing an 230 opponent

Yes But Meteo L Drago is spin stealer so I recommended it but if he needs more attack then he should vulcan pegasis/horuseus 85R2F

i got it from value village so it had know instructions, i have done every thing i could think of without modifying it

If you look under the metal fusion wheel there is a code number such as cc1 or bb# or aa#.
Example. I have like 4 hasbro rock wheels that came in different pacakges. They all have a different code.
Whether they have different weights or not I don't know.
