if you go to the WBO general forum and search your area, you may find a tournament in your area. if you plan on hosting a tournament, look at the map to find bladers locations.

Ah, okay. That answers my first question. I still don't know the best destabilisers though.

destabilizers are beyblades which knocks the other bey out of balance these are normally used with low tracks an tips which combine stamina and attack(eg:sf)
such an example is flame cancer 90/100 sf

2.What is the balance attribute?

Yes thats okay if you do not know the second and third answer. But for the first one i asked what are the attributes for example: Libra has full stamina and saggitario has full attack like that. dude.

the balance types is a mixture of all the other types
and the 3rd question has been answered no type is the best (well... in some stadiums they are)

attack beats stamina
stamina beats defence
defence beats attack
and they all beat balance
