They're called bit chip stickers. The MFB equivalent is face stickers. The only way to get them is with plastic blades.

There is no clear release date, so we cannot answer you. I doubt those people know more about it than we do, also.

I have 3 old Beyblade that I don't know what they are, One is all Purple with a second ring under the top thing, the second is Gold with some kind of Blue creature on the sticker, and the last one is yellow, it's also very big and it has a blue dragon on the sticker.

It is called "Variation Seal", and it seems to go somewhere on a Beystadium ? Perhaps it is a replacement for the stickers that we get in BB-09 and BB-10 for the Attack Type Beystadium. It also mentions the BeyCarrier though, so perhaps you can just apply it anywhere you want, hah.
