You should quote the second part of the post as Kai-V.
I think they're just launching techniques like sliding shoot, banking, etc. but were given different names for the new MFB series.
Maybe....?
1) Pegasis Shooting Star Attack = Sliding Shoot
2) Bound Defense = Banking
3) Snipe Strike = Gattayki
4) The Side Winder = Side Shoot
5) Parachute Launch = Arial Shoot/ Parachute Launch
First two links don't work. :\

Yeah this is pretty much it. If there's a hole in it it's illegal.

The Right Launcher is the small green/orange shooter. It is now sold separately as BB-34. Kenta uses it in Metal Fight Beyblade.

aahhh i see now thats obviously why the beylauncher costs more than the right launcher. Thanks kai-v!!! so obviously buying the beylauncher 1st up is recommended.

Not necessarily even though the Beylauncher allows you to have a more powerful launch, it's hard to perform a lot of the launching techniques effectively.
People still find the regular launcher a lot easier to use and a lot more comfortable and all the launching techniques can be used. IMO it's definately good to have both for now.
well it depends what kind of blade you're using and what kind of blade you're opponent is using
