1)There is nothing about that that says it's illegal so... yeah you can use the Dragoon ripcords!

Exactly which String Launcher is considered the best?
I've never used a real one and I know there are several kind.

The best would be the LR String Launcher if you have both Left Spin and Right Spin beyblades. In my opinion though... a normal string launcher would be the best... I won 3rd place with that baby at Beyblade Revolution: Michigan Qualifier.

You won't break them! I used a string launcher all through out the tournament and didn't destroy it. You don't know much about MFB do you? I like the plastics too

Well, L-Drago II Rush Ver. is not good for much, whereas L-Drago Guardian has use in some Spin Stealing combinations as well as in Defense I think, but D125B should not be used by anyone ...

The only ripcord which's length is equal to the Dragon ripcord is the one that comes with TAKARA-TOMY/Sono-Kong Starters (ie. Galaxy Pegasis). Nothing longer has been released; otherwise it's fake.
