Hi, 
I'm kind of new to Beyblade burst and I hope someone can help me out. 
The issue is that some hasbro beys ends up being too easy to burst (with not much use I must say) and I don't know how to fix It or why is this happening with some beys.
Someone knows how to fix It or why is this happening with some beys? My kid likes to change the parts and I don't know if that might be the problem. Shouln't be tho, since we are supposed to customize It but is the only thing that comes to mind about this happening.

Do you keep them put together when you aren’t using them? That might be the reason, and do you have any Takara Tomy beys?

Most Beys slowly wear down over time with use. The spring mechanism in the driver slowly weakens over time, leading to easier to burst. Some drivers are also made easier to burst than others. To keep high burst resistance, it’s recommended that you leave beyblades unassembled ?

I keep them put together, yes. I will keep them separate if that's better.
Anyways using that same driver on another layer seems to be fine. It's a Nepstrius that is a month old or so.
I guess I'll assume that that Nepstrius layer is not usable anymore if there's no way to fix it. >_> thanks for answering!

Storing assembled or disassembled is a matter which I don't think actually matters by all that much. Springs aren't gonna wear down within a month or anything.

What might make a bigger difference is the weight of the opponent. Nepstrius is an overall fairly lightweight Basic Layer, and facing heavy Switchstrike layers will make it burst much more easily than against other Basic and Dual layers, as heavier layers can impart more force on opponents and be affected less by their own recoil, thus reducing their burst chances. For instance, throw Nepstrius against something like Xcalius X3 and it's almost guaranteed to burst due to the weight difference.

Yes, let's not spit off the "spring weakening" claim as fact. Though Hasbro seems to be the one with the focus for this claim, it's always been people comparing against their own memory and may not factor part variance seen by Hasbro. No actual proof has surfaced because no proper testing has been done to prove it's a thing. Keeping the Beyblades disassembled is a "better safe than sorry" option at best.

I mean, we have people claiming the springs will actually "get strong again" after being left disassembled when that's impossible. You gotta realize when people are just saying stuff.

Like MagikHorse said, the Beyblades in question and what they're up against will be a far bigger impact. These are the details that haven't really been provided. But no, the older Beyblades aren't going to fair the same against the heavier Switchstrike Beyblades. If that's what is happening, everything is normal.

Different beyblades have different slopes. Some beyblades have weaker slopes than others. If that is the case, there is nothing you can do about that. That is just how the beyblade is designed

Different combonations are easier to Burst than others, which is why customization takes so much research and care. Saying that Nepstrius is Bursting easily is just like saying that 1+1=2. It's just a fact. The same way that a rubber Driver/Performance Tip doesn't have a lot of stamina. Beyblade is built on trade-offs, like sacrificing Stamina for Attack or Burst Resistance for Stamina. It's just part of the game, and if you don't like Beyblades that burst easily, then you should research a bit before buying and might want to adapt to a more Defensive playstyle.

This was super helpful! It seems like it's no longer like it was when I played back in the early 2000s. It was more well known to just leave your beys assembled the way they were designed and to battle like that unless you had doubles to swap out parts. Now it seems more like you SHOULD be swapping out parts for a better combination. I have the easily bursting problem with two of my beys I literally just bought yesterday. Striaght out of package I noticed they were really loose, they'll even fall apart of you pick them up mid spin.
