Anlysis

Anyone know any really good Beyblade Youtubers? Like, someone who would give really in depth analysis on beyblades and thier parts?
@[jojospud247], @[1234beyblade] and @[gankoba]. These are some I know.
The WBO does. Not any youtubers
If you're looking for in depth analysis, I don't suggest any of the popular ones. People who are knowledgeable members here are what you are looking for. I have a channel that I go pretty in depth on, and 1234beyblade also has a channel.
https://www.youtube.com/user/PourS0meSugarONme
Pretty much deeper then anything else on yt.
i'm going to start a youtube channel, where i may do depth analysis , test review, modification on burst and mfb [plastic if i found my old collection]. once i get my new laptop so i can edit videos [i will do some advance tests like rpm, average stall time, performance in diffrent wind speed stuff like that]

That sounds cool.

Being a beyblade youtuber for the past 5 years has shown me that hardly anyone does this. (Including myself) I guess it's just that the community there prefers beyblade videos more focused on entertainment rather than educating.

Ouch, I hate to admit it but it's true lol.

I can vouch for that.

Our Sliding Shoot video has over 3 million views. I think there is a huge audience for this kind of content (albeit shrunken from Beyblade's height – which will return), and one I really hope to start tapping into once I have the means to do so.
beybrad
Yeah. That's the WBO's channel anyways (?)

Didn't know he wanted Beyblade shooting techniques as he said Beyblade and their parts.
I assumed that the reason he asked about reviews and stuff was because he wanted to know about competitive play or general information about the parts etc

BTW most of the youtubers that have educational content are WBO members and they learnt it all here.
So better to redirect him to the main source

That video has been up for years though. I can definitely understand why it received so many, it was there during the hype of metal fight beyblade. For example, the fact that various epic battles DrigerGT uploaded that have also obtained well over 2 million. If you look at the current "craze" for beyblade on youtube it all consists of well, for lack of a better term, "epic battles & giveaways".
I, for one, do prefer the informative videos.
If I had proper equipment, I would do videos on niche things that many don't know about. Like Compacts, Upper Attack, Zombies ... The HMS String Launcher ..

lel. Same here.
But my reason is different i guess
I would like to watch informative videos mostly cuz im too lazy to read up threads. Whereas i can just plug in my head phones, listen and watch
I'd do in depth videos, if I had that kind of knowledge. However, I lack the experience, ability, knowledge, and analytical mind to do it.

Basically I'm too stupid and noob.

Yes, I'm really wanting to get into competetive play of Beyblade, and some informative videos will help. I don't really have anyone to test with, so info online is very much appreciated.

Yeah, that's the reason I often Subscribe to most Beblade channels, but then slowly reaslize that they are just for entertainment. While there is nothing wrong with that, I am indeed entertained so they're doing thier job, I'm still looking for some in depth anlysis info, while video is preffered, written reviews like BeyBrad's review on Wyvern Armed Defense is also appreciated.
Cool.
If you are looking for info online ( not restricted to videos ), then you can read it here
http://worldbeyblade.org/Forum-Beyblade-Customizations

Cuz videos won't help as much as reading here
The reason why Beyblade Youtubers don't do in depth analysis is because of the majority of the audience being young people, like >13 and also considering the fact that only a small fraction of bladers are actually competitive, it's like the mario kart community, only 10% is actually competitive while the rest is just casual or noob, and I fell like it's the same with beyblade, majority just doesn't care about the in depth area of beyblade, I mean it is a toy, so you can't expect much competitive talk from that. Basically Youtubers try to reach out the percentage of users that has the biggest audience, which is casual or noob in this case, and WBO is the best place to get the in depth analysis you're seeking because you just wont find it on youtube due to the statistics i mentioned.

Also the Bey Channel will be starting competitive talk videos which will feature the current mentor team, every little detail will be covered by those videos but we're still waiting for bey brad to get his camera lol.
The thing is everyone is saying like "this won't work, look at the current craze of simple videos and giveaways" but I've literally never seen anyone commit to producing educational, informative content on a consistent basis. So I don't think we have the data to say whether or not it would be successful.

Feel free to donate me a camera :')

Consistency really is the hard part. If you take Formula Bei as an example, it takes weeks to produce an article. That's mostly research, followed by art and formatting for the final post. Yet, I have always found writing an article much easier (technically speaking) than producing a good quality video. Videos are thankless, soul-crushing beasts that can wear you down really quickly.

Maintaining that momentum and creating good quality content consistently, without a paycheck, is (not impossible, but) next to impossible. Cudos to those who try.

All of these reasons is why I don't even attempt to make educational videos. Lol
Honestly a huge issue is that, while there is vast amounts of info, it would be only a matter of time before videos got stale.
Well, yes and no ? There are plenty of concepts that are eternal, like the Sliding Shoot technique, but also like some video ideas I had started working on : which sort of tip to choose based on the stadium and its gimmicks, the difference between all the F230 moulds which will remain interesting as long as people still play Metal Fight Beyblade format tournaments, etc. Sure, if you go in depth about very specific parts or Beyblade unboxings, that would become irrelevant after a while, but there are several concepts that can be relevant forever in Beyblade.
Well, while I have yet to find anyone do any in depth videos about parts, at least in Burst, I have found the Wiki's which only talk about the shape of the parts and not the actual function or anything speficic on it. The most I found for in depth reveiws were BeyBrad's Wyvern Armed Massive review and Deathscyther Oval Accel. The most of what I got in terms of specific info was by either testing for myself, or by looking at the wikis of parts that the new ones resemble. For example, Accel to the Flat performance tip, or Survive to the Semidefense performance tip.
