Probably moves like Drain/Geist Spin, Dual/Triple Spin, Genesis Reboot, Crux Boost and many more.

Wizard Blow - Just launch stock wF at the edge of the stadium. (Or Heavy Tilt-Launch.)
Wizard Spin - Just... Launch wF with Hand-Spin.
Ratchet Drain - Launch the opponent bey very tilted. (50% It will work.)
Ratchet Through - Impossible.

I like to think off Quest Upper/Orb Swing as a counter. It's sort of unrealistic since I've never seen Egis/Engaard's Quest driver stick on the stadium completely while the rest of the bey wobbles.

I like to think off Quest Upper/Orb Swing as a counter. It's sort of unrealistic since I've never seen Egis/Engaard's Quest driver stick on the stadium completely while the rest of the bey wobbles.

You have to hard launch and actually clean your stadium for the suction cup to stick firmly temporarily. The actual gimmick still sucks so hard tho.

what about egis guard?

It is just ,While sticking to the stadium walls, Engaard uses the balls in its Layer to deflect upcoming attacks. 

Mainly it does not stick, for me it does not. 

What about Shining Cross or Bound Stinger.

Bound Stinger can work but not to the degree of the anime. Shining Cross is basically impossible since the mini bullet has so little attack power or weight it can't do that much damage.

finally, what about the judgement?

The Judgement uses the rubber blades causing the disk to slide as it grips onto the layer. The anime even shows how it's a double-edged sword and can easily backfire, like in real life.
