Location
We'll be playing outside on the grass in front of the High Park Nature Centre. See below:

If you're coming to High Park via the Bloor St W entrance, just follow that road down on the right side and you'll see the large building/shelter on the left hand side before you reach the tennis courts. We will be playing in the area on the grass in front of it. If you have any questions about the location, please post here!

NOTE: Public washrooms can be found just west of the Bloor St W entrance of High Park. There are no public washrooms available at the High Park Nature Centre. Do not knock on their door asking to enter.

Tournament Bracket on Challonge

As always, during the tournament while we cannot give you a set time for when your next match will take place, you are welcome to follow along with the tournament bracket on Challonge. Challonge is the management tool we use to run the event.

No Bey? No Prob!
Don't have any Beyblades from this series? No problem! We would be happy to lend a Beyblade and launcher to you to use for your tournament matches!

Have a BeyStadium? Bring it!
We will be bringing stadiums for this event, but more are always welcome! Any BeyStadium is fine for free play, but BeyStadium Standard Types (pictured below) are particularly appreciated. If you can bring one, please post here to let us know.

Need-to-Know Information

1. During Registration, Open Your Account Page

Open your account page on your mobile device (if possible) during registration to help us keep things quick.

2. Arrive On Time

You must arrive by the tournament start time to enter. We cannot add new players to an event once it begins. If you're running late, contact the host.

3. Stay Aware of Your Belongings

We do everything possible to ensure a safe environment, but can't be held responsible for lost or stolen goods. Keep your gear close by!

4. The Tournament Will Last At Least a Few Hours

This event is likely to last at least a few hours. If you can't commit to the entire tournament, you're welcome to come watch and play for fun instead!

5. Listen For Your Username To Be Called

Your name will be called when it's time for your next battle. If you need to leave early or take a break, tell a judge. Missing a match could mean disqualification!

It's broken from me anime launching xD. The threads inside the black thread incasing are white so when the black threads snapped it exposed the white threads. You can see where the black thread starts in the corner of the picture.

It's not decided yet. We will probably have to find an indoor venue first after this event.
Thanks for letting me know because I can’t come

Let me know when you find out

Tell me who won
Will the times change from the clocks turning back or should we arrive at the 10:00 the time changes have determined?
Arriving at 10 would be the best
Tell me if they will have a tournament in brampton
Check the site every couple of days so that you don’t miss it if there is going to be one. Although it is hard to say if there will be one, as there will be far less tournaments during the winter since we would need to find indoor locations.
I’m coming around 11:45 is that okay?

10:00AM means the current 10:00AM. Smile

You would be too late for this event as we are ending registration and starting at 10:30AM. However, assuming there is spots available (they may not be), you would be early enough for the second event (Burst Classic) which starts at 2:30PM: https://worldbeyblade.org/Thread-%CE%B3enesis
Hey, sorry guys, but EQ and I can’t make it out today.

Thanks!

Ok. I’ll come earlier in that case.
Thanks to all 21 of you who came out today despite the cold weather! We will be looking into getting an indoor venue for our next one. Smile

Hey Kei, there are quite a few indoor venues in Brampton, I am familiar with the area. Also, make sure to check community centers as they might have a spare space to rent of borrow.

You could use them by putting up a fee for the tournament entry so that you could pay back the rent with that money
Didn’t show because the max number of people registered for the tournament. Even checked in the morning just before, please Beybladers unjoin the tournament if you can’t make it.
I feel like one day I will just fly to Toronto just to buy stuff from you guys and leave haha

A few spots did open up in the lead up to the event as people unjoined, but they were then filled again. In any case, yes ... everyone please do be sure to contact the host/unjoin if you can't make it as soon as you know (ideally the night before or sooner) as–in accordance with our Community Rules–you can be warned for not showing up after signing up online.

That being said, while spots cannot be guaranteed for a tournament that is full online, each time so far there has always ended up being a handful of spots available to those who came early and were added to the waitlist. But I understand not everyone would necessarily want to do that.
Can we host a Christmas event?

with maybe a gift donation from zankye ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)?

What was the purpose of posting this on the tournament thread of November 3rd?
Its the latest thing in canada

isn't that a good idea thou? We could help you with the funds by putting up a fee, so that you don't lose money
