If you are under 16, it is mandatory for a parent to stay with you at this event! I cannot stress this enough. You will not be allowed to play otherwise.

It's time for our 3rd CT tournament! This time we'll be holding to tournament at Connecticon, the largest multi-genre convention in the state.

This time we'll be running two tournaments in different formats. First off will be a Zero-G format, and for the first time ever we'll be running an HMS format tournament too!

We'll have plenty of open play to accompany the tournament.

This will be the first time we have swap table available at the tournament. Bring any Beys or spare parts that you're willing to trade and we'll set aside time during registration for people to trade their stuff!

If you're interested (this is completely optional), I'll be setting up an area to create CT Blader Profiles. We'll grab your mugshot, and a short description for use in future tournament marketing.

I'll have some CT Beyblade face bolt stickers to give out to those who attend. Here's what they look like!

I'll also have limited ConnectiCon face bolt stickers to attendees of this event only.

Also, don't forget to add yourself to the BeyMap! CT needs representation! Please don't put your full address. Just city/state.

Cool. Congrats guys. I can't wait to see winning combinations plus videos/pics.
Great tournament! It was nice to see some new faces, & I enjoyed battling HMS for my first time, despite only having a Gaia Dragoon lol

Same here, I won Like Two of my HMS matches with my Gaia dragoon, the only HMS I have XD

honestly, I've never played HMS before, so I'm happy Tongue_out

Plus, I got third in the actual main event, so it's all good Tongue_out

Also, any pics or vids? I know I got at least one or two pics, and I think it was being recorded at one point, lol
Here's a video I lazily put together with some of the HMS battles: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tecAUcaZpJ0
...I had about 10 minutes of footage, but cut most of it out because stamina battles lol. Still waiting for youtube to process the video stabilization edit...
Yeah I didn't get as much footage in but I'll be sure to post some stuff on my day off.
Nice video! It came out great.
Awsome video SupremeOne!

Also, do we have to post or combos, or does Rkalajian, in the winning combos thread?
Winners, post your combos so I can turn them to the council Smile

Anyone remember what charleybey was using? I know it was a dragoon synchrome, but that's about it.
It was gargoyle dragoon, I believe.

I used: MSF- Killerken Dragooon BGrin, Phantom Cancer BGrin. I can't remember, I think I may have used my sway attacker: Goriem Gryph E230 GCF
That's right. It was a Gargoyle Dragooon BD. Thanks for your combos. I just need The Supreme One's, BubloZX's, and Tridentslayer's.
OK, guys. Since we didn't meet the minimum requirement of 8 players for the HMS tournament, we won't be awarded the Face Boosters for that tournament. Kei is checking on maybe still awarding credits entering us for the Beylotto.

That stinks Unhappy

Fun though.

Does this mean it won't count in Beypoints?
Ah, that really sucks for the people who placed Uncertain Had we known, someone could have given that other kid, who was watching, a bey for the tournament...

I hope the tournament will still count. And yeah I gave that kid my dark leopard MS and jiraya ms to use so he could play but he ended up sitting out.
That really stinks for you guys, if I'd only gotten moving an hour earlier...
Well the banner stand finally arrived...sigh.

What's that?
The stand that was supposed to hold the 6 foot banner I had with me at Connecticon. It was supposed to arrive last week...you know, so I could use it Smile

That sucks! Well at least you have it now.
Just to confirm - it was Gargoyle Dragoon BD that I used for the Zero-G tournament. Hope the wins-losses get posted into my totals.
Charley, thanks! It usually takes about 5-6 weeks for the results to get processed, but they will!
