Google "smogon excadrill analysis". It is the reason for gen v sand. Also landorus (again check smogon).

Also, still got that l1 dw (hustle) nidoran f with 31 spe and spa ev's. It'll breed a good nidoking. It also has the pokerus. Looking for an interesting, pref. DW poke, though anything interesting, really.
So, getting closer to volcarona... Tomorrow, maybe, or next week. Hard to tell, really. I've never bred for hidden power before, and it's mostly luck... But I'll be so glad when I'm done.
Got an amazing magnezone off gts (again, seems too good to be true). Hp fire 70, etc etc. It fits my team perfectly, according to smogon, anyway. Honestly, I'd rather run another wallbreaker/sweeper/tank or revenge killer, I think, something less common. I just hate zone, eh is hit 4x by earthquake and doesnt afraid of a few specific pokemon, but yeah, 4x is crazy given eq's usage, and while balloon may help, yeah, leftovers plz.
Thanks to zone, my streak on the easy single train was ruined... BY A CARPING STUNFISK. All because I chose a 4x ground weak poke over conkeldurr or something.

you transfer them using 2 DSes and you transfer the mystery gift celebi and go to the gamefreak HQ in Castelia City and at the counter there is a girl and a guy and you talk to the girl and the boy turns into zorua. Then it talks to you and you put it in the pokeball.
